The payment integration options are limited and a bit cumbersome. But this has been solved by the customer service bench.

The exporting and reporting functions for invoicing sucks. The payment integration options are limited and not easy to use. It works for Paypal but most customers do not pay with Paypal. It will be great if it allows payment by email but it doesn't.

If your main objective is to integrate bookings with billing, this works great. It's easy to use. Great for small businesses. However, if you want to also integrate payment options, it's very limited.

The main issue I want to address is integrating booking and invoicing and it works well at that. Now after I'm done with my clients, I just click and an invoice is sent to them. So that saved me a lot of time.
