What do you like best about SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

SilverSky Email Protection Suite works great for this small IT team. Its easy to use and manage and does everything it says it can do. Really like the TAP monthly reports.

What do you dislike about SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

The only thing I wish I could change about the service is the link in the email when asking users to change their password. Since we are trying to train users not to click on links, it would be nice if the change password email notification didn't contain a link.

What problems is SilverSky Email Protection Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest benefits of SilverSky's Email Protection Suite is the security check that runs on every link before it opens the webpage.

Peace of Mind

What do you like best about SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

We have peace of mind knowing that virus' are blocked from even reaching our users. We can also tailor a lot of settings. For instance, we can allow some file types, but not others.

What do you dislike about SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

Nothing to dislike. SilverSky offers any thing we could need in email security at a price we can afford.

What problems is SilverSky Email Protection Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We feel much better knowing users will not accidentally open a virus in their emails.

Great baseline email security at a value price.

What do you like best about SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

Easy to use and manage. The security features are basic, but effective. Feature set has increased over the years, so hopefully that trend will continue into the future.

What do you dislike about SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

Some features would greatly enhance the product in terms of better phishing management, as well as log output to syslog for integration with SIEM platforms.

Recommendations to others considering SilverSky Email Protection Suite?

If you are looking for baseline email security from a perimeter perspective at a value, SilverSky Email Protections suits that bill.

What problems is SilverSky Email Protection Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perimeter email security that works as a front line defense for our other security tools that are in-house. Very much hands-off management where SilverSky support are very helpful at solving issues and configuration/implementation.
