No-Pressure Service and Knowledgeable Support from SiftedAI
What do you like best about SiftedAI?There is no pressure. The service is great. They are knowledgeable about their platform and always willing to support our business however we need. We currently leverage claims and shipment data from them.What do you dislike about SiftedAI?I have not found an aspect that I dislike about SiftedAI. This is a great product.What problems is SiftedAI solving and how is that benefiting you?Sifted AI is processing claim for lost or damaged shipments. It is a time saver for us and they are watching for this data. They also process late or lost shipments to make sure we get back money for our business.

Sifted - Great Tool, Great Team, Great Results
What do you like best about SiftedAI?
Sifted's LI tools are backed up by an incredibly knowledgeable team. I have used Sifted LI in my past on a regular basis, checking in at least weekly, pulling reports, reviewing performance, etc.
What do you dislike about SiftedAI?
Some of the filtering functionality is a bit wonky, but I've always gotten a quick response from the Sifted team when I've run into issues.
What problems is SiftedAI solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep analysis and review of my parcel spend, fulfillment network and regular improvements on contracted spend and analysis.

Sifted is simply the best
What do you like best about Sifted Logistics Intelligence (LI)?
I can count on sifted (LI) software to help analyze my company's small parcel data and spend. i've been able to leverage the tools to make informed decisions about reducing our small parcel spend and putting place addendums throughout the year.
What do you dislike about Sifted Logistics Intelligence (LI)?
Wish it could break down the yearly GRI increases in more details and account for other accessorials when proposing the final analysis of the impact of the yearly GRI.

Their pacakge modeling has helped switch to different packaging as to reduce the dim impact

Incredible ROI
What do you like best about Sifted Logistics Intelligence (LI)?
I am very impressed with the management of our contract pricing with the shippers we analyze. Sifted allows us to be sure we are getting credits due to us. We have been partners with them for managing our shipping costs since June 2023. We have already recouped our contract fee AND 110% above that! Sifted (in less than a year) has saved us $11,000!
What do you dislike about Sifted Logistics Intelligence (LI)?
I manage a spreadsheet comparing teh credits booked on the sifted website and compare it to the shippers credits. Sifted often changes the credits more than a month or two later. So I am having to revised my spreasheet. Once the credit has been recorded, it should not change--but it does.

We have been able to hold the shipper accountable to apply the contract's pricing terms.
