Great for my small retail business.

I have been using ShopKeep in my small, retail business since 2014. I have been extremely happy with it for the most part. It is very easy to use the POS and very easy to train others to use it. I also love all the backoffice reports. I recommend it to other small business all the time.

Small business gold mine

We are a seasonal business and shopkeep makes it super easy to turn on and off their services every year. They do not try to trick us into staying on all season and the phone call is usually five minutes. Their response time and the knowledge that the staff has is always spot on and super helpful when I'm having an issue. It works perfect for our small business and I don't think we will ever quit using this service.

Perfect solution for my small business

Have been on shopkeep for 9 months now and couldnt be happier. It is the perfect solution for my small business. The ease of use is great, the customer service is incredible and having shopkeep allowed me to have an online store I setup myself! Would have had to hire a company and pay big money for that I'm sure if not for the ease of integration via shopkeep.

I ordered my shop keep system at the scariest time. The pandemic was starting and I was at a crossroads of do I keep going and open this business or do I stop! I decided to move forward and it was with the help of Shop keep and all of their support that made this experience so much less frightening at one of the scariest times in our history. I continue to have questions I need guidance and they are always there for me.
