Schedule generation system is great. It works well even with large variability of requests from month to month. Makes the most equitable schedule possible. Looks at millions of schedule possibilities in minutes. Large number of variables to best customize schedules for each individual staff member.

Sometimes there are too many variables to find out where an issue is coming from but normally it is easy to find.

If your schedule requires monthly variability or everyone to have the schedule on their personal device then get this system. The price is also very reasonable .

The ability to connect schedules to everyone’s personal devices over multiple platforms means everyone is up to date at all times. No one misses a shift because of forgetting about a trade. Shift trades are confirmed by both parties and are changed on the schedule immediately.

Allowing my doctor's to enter their schedule request with flexibility and they're able to make there shift request quickly. I by the easy-to-use administratively as well. We use it for over a dozen sites and we found it to be better than the competition for both automated scheduling and tweaking the schedule after work.

Mobile web app could use some work for admins. User version of web app is fine.

Physician and PA scheduling.

What I like best about shiftadmin is the ease of merging my shiftadmin schedules with my iPhone calendar and widget calendars. It's also nice too because you don't have to think about merging them either, after the first month merge, my schedules will automatically merge to my iPhone calendar.

Compared to other software scheduling apps I have used, this software is by far the best. The only dislike I have currently is trying to download and print schedules is a multi step process on the desktop. Otherwise, a very efficient scheduling software for all employees.

Having to manually enter every day you need off, such as "every M/W/F from 12-5". You can select the option to carry over every Monday the same, etc. big time saver!

Easy to learn and and very user friendly. If I have an issue they are always quick to respond with a solution.

Very little if any. Easy to use at work or in the go. And they are always working on making the product better.

Shift Admin is a robust scheduling platform that makes shift staffing a breeze. Being feature rich, it can be a little intimidating at first; however, the support team is fantastic and makes a consistent effort to provide guidance every step of the way.

Shift Admin’s schedule generator saves hours of time each month when creating our schedules. Employee self service functions have allowed employees to trade shifts and pick-up open shifts without direct management involvement, freeing up managers to complete more important tasks.

The CSRs are patient and attentive. The options available to help create my monthly schedule are very helpful

It's not that I dislike this, but as with anything new, the amount of learning/memorization required to navigate and own the options is challenging

I wish technology wise that a trial schedule could be ran in seconds.

I spend much less time scheduling compared to when I performed this task by hand and I also love that my staff can log their time off requests and change them without my direct involvement.

It’s allows partial requests, easily to set weights and “rules” to allow individual settings and different schedule preferences by provider. We use it for a very busy ED, multiple campuses.

I really haven’t found anything yet. It’s really very customizable and the support is quick and easy if you run into trouble.

It allows great individualized scheduling patterns, with easy request/vacation rules and will auto-populate based on these.

I have used ShiftAdmin for several years, the system is easy to use. The Tech Support responds extremely quickly, they explain "fixes" in terms the average person can explain.

Honestly, I dont feel I have a dislike. If I have had a problem it was resolved.

None at the moment.. Most are provider, needing to get information from archived schedules.

I love how easy it is to create schedules and make changes!

When generating schedules only one user can own the preferences/filters. If another user tries to generate the schedule, they cannot see the preferences/filters chosen by the previous user. You have to log in as the other use in order to see those selected filters.

Shift Admin has been so helpful in the ability to create schedules based on our needs and preferences. Great customer service and support team!
