Great ticketing/help desk software
What do you like best about SherpaDesk for G Suite?
Interface makes it easy to find and close tickets. The parsing feature is great too.
What do you dislike about SherpaDesk for G Suite?
The Assets/Inventory portion. The search feature for our Assets is not very sophisticated. I would like to be able to save searches as well. Also, the prioritization for tickets should have a color coding option.
What problems is SherpaDesk for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing help desk tickets. Makes it helpful to delegate tasks.
