flow designer is the best what I like because of its ultimate experience of automation for driving better customer task its approvals, setting field messages, apart from that , the data import facility through various sources.
the UI template should have been more for better UI customization. and its integration should be an one click go. for a beginner to integrate postman and various other third party services.

UI Builder is still a very hard product to learn, but I really like all the videos and on demand classes that ServiceNow has prepared.

Service Now is very useful for monitoring the required data in reports and the tickets and resolving the issues. We can create customized reports with serviceNow. we can use it for more process related works through semi or fully anutomation.
The user interface of this application needs improvement and the some of the parts are not compatible with the screen resolution. Examples like we are not able to view some kind of tickets in a complete single screen.
When we are receiving some bulk issue we usually use servicenow to fetch the affected data using the SNow reports format. It will reduce the manual checking separately and also it will reduce the timing of the work.
