I have used SendThisFile for almost 5 years now and have been very satisfied, finding it an affordable and dependable secure file transfer solution. I have used other solutions that caused 3x more and not have not found them as easy to use as SendThisFile. I use the Pro Plan, and it has more than met my needs. My clients have also found STF easy to use, which is very important. SendThisFile is flexible and allows users to configure the system the way that will work best for their clients. Some solutions like File Guardian have default settings (like defaulting to securing the email text as opposed to the attachments) which I constantly had inform clients about, or files would not come through. This is not the case with SendThisFile.

My only minor compliant about SendThisFile would be that for Pro Plan users it does not provide G-Suite integration, which is where I live most of the day. Not the end of the world here, as it's not a big deal to login & use STF - and it's pretty easy to save my SendThisFile link and instructions in a dedicated email folder in Gmail. I took a screenshot of my STF client portal and added instructions on how to use it, which helps. I realize that the Enterprise level of service would offer greater email host integration possibilities, but I'm very happy with what I get for the price I pay with SendThisFile.

SendThisFile helps me to keep client data secure - especially because it's easy to use. In my experience, the more complicated the secure file transfer solution is, the less it will be used by clients. While STF does have a free level of service, I'm happy to pay (a very reasonable amount) for the ability for clients to send me files, which is frankly the main reason I needed STF. Having a dedicated website URL as a client secure file transfer portal - that doesn't require a password to access it and can be configured to allow files sent without an upload password - is a convenience and a time saver.

I like it because it is very easy to use and reliable for clients too and great interface.

There nothing such i dislike about it, as free sharing is secure due to this. however i would love to see some advanced features

I would recommend this for the people sending their files in more secure way to their clients.

Sending files to clients and getting response in the same folder that is why it is more convenient.

Send This File is great for sending large files to recipients securely. It also allows to you to send files to the recipient via a mobile number.

The software is robust via a computer, I would also like for there to be a mobile app that could be used in addition to the sending to a mobile number.

We use SendThisFile to send & receive large files within our company and with our clients. We like how easy it is to send a link and download files quickly. Many platforms don't support larger files so we appreciate having a quick easy method to transfer any file type when we need it.

Sometimes upload is slow for very large files but we understand that is most likely our internet taking awhile to upload the files.

It is very easy to register on this software. It is a web based software and the user interface is extremely simple. Any non technical user can also operate it without any difficulty. I like its upload speed. I can easily upload heavy files in few seconds. It allows me to upload multiple files also in one operation.

I do not prefer to send my confidential documents by this software because I am not very sure about the security of my documents on the servers of this software.

People can try this software for sending their high volume office documents which are not possible to attach in their emails.

Most of my clients have size restrictions on email attachments So I use this software to send them high volume files.

The interface is very simple and easy to use. We often use this to transfer large files to clients or printers when they don't have their own ftp upload service. The link is nice because many clients who aren't so IT savvy can easily click and immediately download their file.

If I have to dislike something, I think I would prefer the program to hold onto any sent files. I know it holds on to them for a certain number of days. But it would be nice for this period of time to be longer, if not as long as you want. I realize this would take more storage and might increase the price.

I think this is a fantastic product for people who need to send large files between employees, clients, etc. It works particularly great for small graphic design companies and printers that may not need to pay for a large ftp upload database.

We use SendThisFile to quickly send large files to clients and printers, where the file would not be able to be easily emailed. This is great for working with clients who might not be familiar with a traditional ftp upload situation.

What I like most about this software is that it is quite useful to be able to send files or documents that exceed 25mb that usually have a maximum of conventional emails such as Gmail or hotmail that give us a very limited size, so With this program I can send all kinds of documents without any restriction and in a very easy and intuitive way so what else can you ask for a program that has such a simple purpose

What I do not like about SendThisFile is really the visual or the little I know about the platform, the truth does not give me the feeling of being totally safe or that it will protect and keep secure all the files I send through it, however I consider that This is a rather superficial point since I compare it with large companies in file submission and others this could be solved by adding information about the security mechanisms offered by the platform since these are not found

The recommendation that I give to all users who wish to use or know this platform is to give it a chance that visually it is not the most attractive or the best known but nevertheless it gives a good service if we talk about general terms, it is simple to use complies with What promises we can ask for more? Although it has many things to improve is one of the strongest options that we can get today to send our documents and store them

With this software I give solution to the problem of sending documents or files that are too large to be sent by conventional emails since many times in my work area as a graphic designer, the documents that I send tend to exceed 200mb files that despite being considered small these can not be sent by email however by this platform if I can and it certainly solves that annoying problem.

Upload speed on this software is very good. Big size files can be easily uploaded on this app and send them quickly to any email id.

User interface is not very attractive. It should be more appealing.

This is a good software for sending high volume files which are not able to get attached with most of the domain servers of various companies. People can try this software.

Creating account on this web based software is very easy. It allows users to send multiple files in one click only. Currently they introduced Outlook plugin also which made my work very convenient. I can send files from my Outlook itself.

I am not very sure about its process in the background. I mean whether they save users data in their servers or not. That is a security concern for me.

My email server doesn't allow me to attach high volume files. So I use this software for sending my high volume data to my clients.

In some of the files I found upload time slightly higher than usual time. I didn't know the reason behind it. Rest everything is ok for me.
