Didn't find anything to dislike till now except few times there can be glitch (not sure due to internet speed in office can be the reasons too) but overall we enjoy using this in our day to day work.

The best part about this software was how easy it was to create needed schedules. At the Y we often ran into parttime employees ‘not knowing’ their schedule in enough time. However, with this simpler scheduler it was easy to have schedules out well in advance.

I wish there was a Schedule Pro Lite for use by very non-technical colleagues, but could update very basic information. It was difficult to explain to my ‘#2’ person how to do the scheduling if they weren’t at least partially tech savvy. It can be difficult to teach someone something brand new when other things need to be done during the day as well.

If you have multiple complicated schedules to settle this product makes it so easy!

We had a huge problem of employees not having their schedules in ‘enough time;’ or at least that’s what they kept telling us. With this we got it to them well in advance so if anything was incorrect it was on them. Also, having the schedules out even earlier allowed us to be on constant reminders so they didn’t ‘forget’ when they worked next.

SchedulePro was previously used to build an exit schedule for employees of our company. With this software you can well analyze the attendance of employees. As for me, with it you can easily create reports.

The period of our work with SchedulePro was not great, we could not identify the disadvantages during this time.
