Success factor for E learning is a good platform to skill up the technical knowledge and it provides various training to improve the skills with better material.

There is nothing much negative in this Platform but sometimes it buffers and takes time to load. But excellent to skill up.

It helps in learning new and existing projects skills throughout the trainings and courses. It helps to get the knowledge in easy and understandable way.

What I like about this platform is its well-organized structure that gives a user-friendly experience and is easy to use and understand. Learning with this platform gives you more motivation toward our learning paths.

Sometimes it takes time to open a new page. There is nothing much to dislike about this product.

Every time we cannot go out and take classes, but this product gives you a learning experience like you are learning in the class because of its user-friendly user interface.

I like the ease of use and interactive way it presents the different trainings. How it guides you through the process in a seamless way.

I dislike that in order for it to record that you completed the training you must "X" out of the completion window.

I love the ease of setting/viewing performance goals, related to your job. You can also set your "to-do's" and keep a calendar of important work-related items.

There isn't really much I don't like about this app. It meets all of the relevant needs, it's intended for.

Success factor learning provides trainings on industry oriented topics which makes an employee to grow in his career. Apart from industry oriented courses you will get ample courses on topics of your personal interest.You can self assign the course that you need.

I do not see any negative factor in SAP SuccessFactors Learings as of now.

It provides the courses free of cost which are paid outside the organization. Also it is very handy and we can start to learn during office hours by just login into SAP success factors. Also managers can assign you courses which they feel necessary to an employee.
