In Construction it is easier to track the data like cost management, inventories, etc.

When I used SAP, what I liked most was its detailed record keeping of clients and service providers. Irs very easy to navigate while keeping a lot of options/functions available. It was a great tool for following up with clients because of the calendar and phone integrations. This allowed great customer support and high satisfaction rates.

The only thing I didnt like at the time of using it would be when the program would freeze while in a record, and the autosave wouldn't happen correctly. That would result in a loss of information and havng to obtain it again. This didn't hapen very often, depeding on the frequency of use.

SAP is solving the issue of clients falling through the cracks or situations that may need to be handled in a timely manner. It benefited me greatly when I was with the employer as I used it for 2 years. It was one of the main tools we would use to track customers and incoming calls.
