Effortless Access with Unique Codes
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I like that everything has a special code and that I can always use it. I also like that I can create my own layout and set my own colors, etc. Compared to other systems, I think SAP is better.
What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
don’t like that SAP can sometimes feel too complicated and not very intuitive. I don’t like that many transactions require several steps and it takes time to learn them. I don’t like that the system can be slow when working with large amounts of data. I don’t like that customizing certain functions often requires technical support instead of doing it myself. I can compare it to other systems that are easier to use and faster to learn.
What problems is SAP Extended Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Extended Warehouse Management helps solve issues such as inventory inaccuracy, inefficient picking, and a lack of visibility. Because of that, operations become faster, errors are reduced, and customer service improves. I also like the variant I can use every day to quickly find specific deliveries.

Structured, Reliable Control for Complex Warehouse Operations
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
What I like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management is its ability to handle complex warehouse operations in a very structured way. It provides end to end visibility of inventory, which helps in tracking goods accurately across different stages of storage and movement. The system is highly reliable for large scale warehouse operations and helps improve overall operational efficiency by reducing manual dependency and errors.
What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
What I dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management is that it is quite complex to configure and requires proper training to use effectively. The implementation process can be time consuming, and smaller teams may find it overwhelming. It also demands strong technical knowledge for customization and integration with other SAP modules.
What problems is SAP Extended Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Extended Warehouse Management solves the problem of inefficient warehouse operations, poor inventory tracking, and lack of real time visibility. It automates warehouse processes like inbound, outbound, and internal movements, which reduces manual effort and improves accuracy. For me, it helps in better inventory control, faster order processing, and improved coordination between warehouse and supply chain teams. Overall, it increases efficiency and reduces operational delays.

Streamlines Warehouse Operations with Precision
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I love how SAP Extended Warehouse Management helps define the location of materials and storage, which shortens lead time. This system immediately defines all the input data, making locating parts much easier than doing it manually. I also like using the specific t-code, MMBE, which helps define the correct part number and quantity in the system. It really simplifies and eases my daily tasks, especially when I need to track or identify urgent parts quickly.
What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
Sometimes, if we input data wrongly into SAP, the system has difficulty providing the correct data. It can be a challenge because the system will track the wrong input. Also, SAP Extended Warehouse Management lacks offline mode. This makes it difficult to access the system when we're outside or not connected to the internet.
What problems is SAP Extended Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP Extended Warehouse Management to define storage locations, which helps shorten lead times and ease daily tasks. It simplifies tracking and defining parts and quantities, making it easier to manage urgent requirements.

Efficient Warehouse Control with Real-Time Updates
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I find SAP Extended Warehouse Management really valuable for maintaining complex warehouse management operations more efficiently than traditional inventory systems. It offers real-time inventory updates, which means I'm not waiting for reports—everything happens live. As soon as a worker scans a product, the inventory updates instantly. I appreciate how it doesn't just store data but actually provides real-time control of the whole warehouse and integrates with automation. The improvements in data quality, productivity, and warehouse management knowledge are significant since switching to this system.
What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
It's expensive to implement and the process design needs fixing. Our customization makes it heavy and hard to maintain. The initial setup was hard to find your way of process, but we made it happen in a few months.
What problems is SAP Extended Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage complex warehouse operations efficiently, with real-time inventory updates, integrating automation for real-time control, and improves data quality and productivity.

Boosts Warehouse Efficiency but Has a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I find that the best feature of SAP Extended Warehouse Management is the real-time visibility it provides into warehouse operations. It's interesting how every movement, whether inbound, outbound, or internal, is tracked and reflected. I like how it brings structure and efficiency to complex warehouse processes, making everything system-driven rather than relying on manual testing. This reduces errors and improves accuracy. It also gives a complete real-time visibility into warehouse operations, which makes it much easier to understand what's happening on the ground without physically being there. I appreciate the end-to-end flow perspective it provides.
What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I have a little issue with the cost; I think it could be reduced. Also, before we had everything set up, it took quite some time, and the learning curve is a bit steep. It could be smoother for new hires to get up to speed quickly. In high-volume warehouses, some transactions or reports can become slightly slow, so improving the system speed and responsiveness would be helpful.
What problems is SAP Extended Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Extended Warehouse Management streamlines warehouse operations and inventory control at scale. It provides real-time tracking, minimizes human error, optimizes space usage, and enhances visibility through dashboards, improving efficiency in picking, packing, and shipping processes.

What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I find SAP Extended Warehouse Management extremely easy to use with a very intuitive navigation system. It's made everything so much easier, especially simplifying the ordering of stock. I appreciate how detailed the movement and HU background are, which keeps traceability intact, solving a big issue we had before. The ability to reverse or edit transactions when a mistake is made is invaluable for managing ingredients and raw materials accurately. Transitioning to SAP was very smooth for our company, and users found it easy to learn and switch over.
What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?
I'd just have to say some transactions can take a while to load up such as checking a location for stock can sometimes take 4/5 minutes to load, other than that I don't have any improvements
What problems is SAP Extended Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Extended Warehouse Management simplifies stock ordering and provides detailed tracking, solving issues with traceability. It's easy to navigate, allows mistake corrections, and keeps our stock consumption accurate.
