What do you like best about Sample Master LIMS?

I think it’s great that it can pull information from a couple years ago, depending how long you had the system. All the info is in one place; whether it’s the testing, customers, results. Very convenient to find it all.

What do you dislike about Sample Master LIMS?

I dislike that sometimes it’s slow or it stalls whenever too many people are on it or someone is pulling a lot of information from it.

What problems is Sample Master LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems solved is being able to change sample information quickly and the benefit is having that be quick and convenient for all employees.

What do you like best about Sample Master LIMS?

The sample schedule and Task Manager save our laboratory a lot of time. The master query allow for easy data access for Operational and Engineering Staff of our facility in case there is a brake down.

What do you dislike about Sample Master LIMS?

The backlog report, don't provide a lot of information. In terms of determining in real time which specific samples had tests that were pending I had to create a custom report.

Recommendations to others considering Sample Master LIMS?

Overall the program has performed well in our facility and has been user friendly. It is the best tool for diagnostic laboratory both small and large scale.

What problems is Sample Master LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Sample Master software has enabled our laboratory to generate reports that fit each customer and to complete our reports more efficiently.

Review of Sample Master - Data Analysis made Convenient

What do you like best about Sample Master LIMS?

It is very convenient for me to upload my data to one place by using Sample Master. It is extremely user friendly making it simple to begin using, and the fact that you can do everything in one program makes it easy to continue using. Sample Master's ability to combine calculations in the program is also a plus.

What do you dislike about Sample Master LIMS?

The only thing I dislike is that this is not a widely-used software from lab to lab. If in the future I transfer to another lab that does not use Sample Master, I will have to re-learn another software.

Recommendations to others considering Sample Master LIMS?

Ensure that your entire lab will be on-board in using Sample Master, so you can have the lab-wide capability of data sharing.

What problems is Sample Master LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uploading data all to one place is a highly convenient capability of Sample Master, as it is a large problem for labs to have data strewn between lab notebooks and different online programs/softwares.
