Very satisfied about the app and the support. They always respond fast and provide good information and details. One small drawback that needs improvement in my opinion is the integration with Treatwell. It would be great to see the metrics from Treatwell within the Salonized app. Overall great experience and an easy to use product.

I am very pleased and happy with Salonized. Everything works well and they are working on improvements contstantly , very easy to use and all the time if i have questions i get the answers directly like you have a special assistant , it’s definitely highly recommended.

Amazing tool and exceptionally excellent customer support

As a dog salon owner, we use Salonized for our accounting, customer and invoice management and much more.

We are very happy with the features provided, as they make a lot of things easier for us.

Especially the highly engaged customer support is worth mentioning, they always respond very quickly and even take suggestions for improvements to the Salonized tool seriously.

We also like the fact that new features are constantly being developed and the updates are even free of charge.

So there is nothing to complain about and we will gladly recommend Salonized to everyone!
