One thing I dislike about SalezShark is that the interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of available features. Some advanced configurations require time to learn, and occasional customization may need additional support to fully match specific business requirements.

SalezShark solves the challenge of managing customer data, sales pipelines, and communication across multiple channels. What do you like best about SalezShark?

I use SalezShark for lead management and lead generation. It streamlines my processes into one easy product, which is really helpful. I love that it’s a sales-specific CRM that is user-friendly and easy to acclimate to, saving me time and money by minimizing my time on duplicate processes. SalezShark also seamlessly integrates with my Gmail, which is a huge plus for my workflow. The initial setup was super easy, and the support team was available and helpful with any questions I had.

Intuitive Interface with a Smooth Setup

What do you like best about SalezShark?

I use SalezShark to track sales leads and customer data, and it helps me to have all the info I need in the same place. I really like that the user interface is more intuitive than its competitors. The initial setup was a 10 out of 10 in terms of ease, which was great.

What do you like best about SalezShark?

I really like how easy and simple SalezShark is to use. It goes beyond other CRM tools with its functionalities, especially in finding potential clients' data with ease. Setting it up was very straightforward, and it has been smooth to work with. It's a tool that fits well when you build the right team around it. I also appreciate that it provides direct emails of potential clients, which makes reaching out easier.

Sometimes SalezShark, when doing a lot of tasks, lags very much. I believe this could be improved.

This solution has helped me to drive my team performance to a whole new level. Metrics-based goals, notifications, reminders and work progress are all I can do whenever wherever with all ease. And it's going to be easier as the mobile app 2.0 is launching soon. I am hence a happy and content customer of SalezShark.

Pros: User friendly interface, Real time data access on mobile devices, quality global business data offered through dataguru(only B2B) , dedicated support manager for all your technical and other related issues.

Cons: Inability to generate the invoice.

A Good Lead Generation CRM Tool

What do you like best about SalezShark?

The tool is great for generating leads and reaching the target audience. We use this tool to generate bulk leads for our email campaigns. It is very affordable and hence cost to lead ratio decreases a lot in this case.

What do you dislike about SalezShark?

The contact details are mostly outdated and most of the emails bounce. Hence, it is not a very reliable tool for lead generation but considering the cost we cant complain more.

What problems is SalezShark solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a tool that would be helpful in generating leads and that would allow us to shoot bulk emails. This tool had all these capabilties.
