It is sometimes hard to find those odd ball positions that we have in our company.

We have a growing company, and I need to get data fast in order to meet the need of our managers. Salary helps me get this data.

Salary.com makes it easy to find the market data for new jobs and to complete annual analytics on current roles to ensure employees stay within the market range.

There are a lot of options and sometimes too many to choose from.

It solves our quarterly analytics review on job salaries and helps take some of the burden off of doing it manually. Salary.

Right now, since I’m still a novice user, the best thing for me is being able to easily toggle between CompAnalyst and Salary IQ when pricing out jobs that are relevant to the account openings we have.

The downside for me at the moment is that I can’t find the exact roles within my company, which is mainly a food company. I’d need to do a bit more research before I can choose a job that feels truly relevant.

It’s helping me with my career progression because I can clearly see the next steps for the jobs I’m pricing.

THE ABILITY TO NBENCHMARK MY POSITIONS AND BLEND JOBS THAT ARE NOT COMMON

I am a little disappointed in the fact that the account managers have witnessed that the system is not fully integrated by the HR department but have not stepped up to assist or provide that above and beyond service to the department. This is what I observed after a meeting with the account reps when being trained by them on the existing system that was purchased in 2025.

I have been BEYOND impressed with the customer service from Salary.com. I get so much support in a very timely manner, which is really comforting. I also find the comp aggregator really useful as it helps us create efficiency in our comp process. Additionally, the hands-on support we've received during setup has been delightful.

I use Salary.com to evaluate and streamline costly comp surveys while efficiently benchmarking our roles. The comp aggregator creates efficiency in our compensation process. Their customer service is incredibly supportive and timely.

I like how easy it is to price jobs with Salary.com. I can adjust a fit on CompAnalyst by creating a hybrid role or simply adjusting the years of experience or degree requirements. I think that the people team that supports the website does a great job. This week, I had a meeting with two employees from Salary.com, and they walked me through the process of manually uploading our data to the site for a future project. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the people team behind the site provided a great orientation training to me and members of the team at my organization.

Finding a match on CompAnalyst based on my organization's internal job descriptions can sometimes be a challenge. The AI agent that matches jobs based on the description provided does not seem to be very accurate. The AI agent is usually within the right ballpark of what the role does, but the suggestion is often too high level. I think if more weight was on the role responsibilities a more accurate decision could be made.

I use Salary.com to price jobs and match our job codes with CompAnalyst's, ensuring our pay is competitive in our area.

My account rep Alberto Rivera is super helpful and knowledgeable. He has provided great insight into the tool and the current company set up. Being new to my role and the company his support has been immense.

I think the tool is a little clunky compared to market pay/pay scale. Building composites is confusing. The UX/UI takes some getting used to.
