What I like best about SafeDNS is its ease of use and reliability. The filtering works seamlessly in the background without slowing down the network. Plus they have the most accurate web categorization, we have come across.

Few times, we have noticed that popular websites/Apps in some countries have missed the web category, because of that manual intervention is required. Database should be updated on Realtime basis .But overall, these are minor issues compared to the overall effectiveness of the service

Safe DNS is such a simple and effective system for content filtering. Support from the service desk is quick if you need advanced help, this is worth paying for, compared to free DNS filtering systems which do not offer personal support.

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. It meets all of my requirements for the multiple locations that I am protecting with the product.

When I first assessed this product I tried out using the free trial for a couple of weeks. After it satisfied all of my requirements I was able to upgrade to a paid version. It was simple and allowed me to get to know all of the features and benefits.

My client requires whitelist access to only a few websites, to reduce the amount of traffic on the network. Safe DNS provides monthly reports so I can see the vast numbers of DNS requests that are being blocked. It is quite astonishing to see many thousands of blocks happening every day. It has been a simple set and forget system, and if changes are requires on the whitelist these are easy to make, quickly and effectively.

whitelists are a bit hard to manage, would be good if there was a feature to unblock website directly from block page and bundle related url's better

SafeDNS is a user friendly platform that provides filtering service with ease for our staff and students.

Not sure as it works well for our needs.

This service is a safety measure for our students which allows tech use on campus.

We have been using SafeDNS for about six years now. Overall it has been a set it and forget it experience for most of our team. There have been occasional needs to whitelist items but overall we have seen a huge reduction in the appearance of popups, and accessing of questionable sites.

I dont know if there is a whole lot to say neagtively. Overall my only issue is taht there is not a "quick" way to setup the system to work directly with our unifi system but the directiosn provided worked well and still work today.

We have several use cases for internal and external users of our network. Being a religious institution we found taht there are "higher expectations" of filtering than many and this product delivers. I no longer need to worrk about our lobby kiosks being misused.

Easy navigation in the dashboard, costs less than competitors, works just as good. Also thanks a lot for quick tech support, we got our issue solved in a couple of minutes.

Our team wishs we had an option of iOS agent.

As any other business, we have confidential info to secure. Web filtering is crucial when it comes to cybersecurity, so the product is keeping us safe.

Easy to set up and configure and protects malicious sites with harmful coding. Applocker is also a great feature.

For our work place, I would like to Option for blocking some unwanted apps through the app post so the people at work won't waste meaningful time. Other wise it is a very useful in providing security.

If you really looking for an option to make your network more secure in less capital spending, i tell you this service you have to go for it.
