What do you like best about Routific?It’s very intuitive and easy to use, and it makes deliveries much more efficient overall.What do you dislike about Routific?The API documentation could use some improvement, as a few parts feel unclear and could be better organized.What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?Routific helps us plan routes for delivering orders. It also helps us manage load sizes and group deliveries into efficient, well-organized routes.

What do you like best about Routific?Routific is very effective! We are especially happy with the shopify integration, as we do deliveries right from our business to the local area. The help desk has been delightful and the bee theme makes a tedious task feel charming. I have found it to be a very adaptable and easy to use product!What do you dislike about Routific?I have not personally encountered any downsides. I've used three or four softwares since 2020 and this is by FAR the easiest and cleanest interface.What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?We deliver flowers and so we need a fast-to-use Shopify integration that has adaptable vehicle, route and timing parameters.

What do you like best about Routific?*Driver app interface - drivers can follow turn by turn directions and mark deliveries and pick ups in real-time. Including pictures and notes for proof of delivery.
*It is easy to communicate, add or remove stops, add time window and add priority stop to flag the importance of a particular stop. Customer Support is off the charts! Answers are quick and if we can not figure an issue, Suzanne or Chris work it out quite quickly without any interference to our day.What do you dislike about Routific?*The spaghetti routes or overlap in routes, which is changing with the new Routific. I look forward to working on it once all the changes have occurred.
*Address errors - If client addresses aren't formatted perfectly, that stop can cause issues where it maps out of town or opposite end of the city.What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?Routific has solved several key components for our food bank.
*Manually routing and uploading into a spreadsheet for DO/PU.
*Missed deliveries - time windows and priority status's ensure we complete our obligations.

What do you like best about Routific?Routific is quick to get started with and user-friendly, making it ideal for startups juggling multiple priorities. The platform allows us to efficiently plan and optimize delivery routes without spending excessive time. We started using Routific from the early beginning of our company and are happy with it.What do you dislike about Routific?It would be helpful to have more API functionality that would streamline some custom workflows for us (we integrate Routific with our internal tools).Recommendations to others considering Routific?- Helps us create optimized routes. What do you like best about Routific?If you have a delivery business or otherwise need routing software, Routific works great. We have been using it for 5 years and it supports both our events and our local floral gift deliveries. Very easy to use.What do you dislike about Routific?There are a couple of features I would like to see in the future, but I really don't have any other complaints about it. What do you like best about Routific?The best part about Routific is ease of use. It's very easy to download an excel spreadsheet and see immediate results of your daily planned route. I enjoy the fact that the app alerts my customers when a delivery is on the way, and when it has been delivered. My drivers also express how easy it is to use the app on their phones.What do you dislike about Routific?I really don't have any dislikes about Routific.What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?Routific easily identifies all orders within a geographic area. I can choose which addresses that I want to deliver to each day, as well as easily move deliveries from one route to another.

What do you like best about Routific?I've used Routific numerous times and it is easy to use and creates routes in moments. There are a ton of features for every need. I especially like the large clear map that comes up so that I can also get an idea of where the route is and make adjustments. Plus they have great customer service.What do you dislike about Routific?I never had any issues at all with Routific.What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?Taking a large delivery route and creating the most efficient routes for a few drivers. It does that very well with options of adjusting the number of drivers and many other details.

It provides the necessary flexibility for businesses of all sizes to optimize their delivery routes and gain efficiency. Additionally, customer support was quick and helpful when I had a question about logging in.What do you dislike about Routific?I would love to see a more intuitive way to modify already-created routes.What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?My biggest use is in delivery routing, this generated efficiency in operational costs.
