I like the ease of use of Riskonnect. The end users like it and from an Admin standpoint there is a lot that I can do on my own (with training).

I do wish some of the Admin features were a bit more user friendly/intuitive.

Managing claims, policies, bonds, heirarachy and running reports. It allows us to quickly see our trends via easy to build/run reports.

Once customized and configured to your company’s needs, it really is a great tool

The hurdle to getting this system implemented is very high. Logins can be confusing for employees who work in other salesforce orgs.

We use for incident and near-miss reporting and analytics, and claim and litigation management and administration.
