The platform is very user-friendly, organized, and easy to navigate, which has made it much easier for me to complete my daily responsibilities efficiently. I spend less time trying to figure out how to access information or troubleshoot technical issues and more time focusing on the actual work that needs to be completed. Like any broad platform, there can be a lot inside the system, so it may take a little time for new employees to learn where everything lives. But once you know where to go, it is straightforward.What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?Rippling helps Jump streamline people operations. It gives employees a central place to manage HR information, payroll, benefits, onboarding tasks, trainings, org chart access, and time tracking. That reduces confusion, makes onboarding smoother, and helps employees self-serve important information without needing to ask HR for every detail.

I find it easy to use, and I really appreciate the birthday reminders feature.
