Best consignment software

What do you like best about Ricochet Consignment Software?

The tech support (when needed) is fast in both helping and solving the issue. The interface is pretty, easy to use, and to the point.

What do you dislike about Ricochet Consignment Software?

I wish I could change the item status on multiple items at once. Having to mark several items as picked up or donated one by one can be time consuming.

What problems is Ricochet Consignment Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking inventory, tracking consignor payouts and purchases. My consignors can login anytime to check the status of their items without contacting me which saves me time.

The perfect system that every store should have.

What do you like best about Ricochet Consignment Software?

I really like this system because it gives me a quick and easy overview of all the administrative management of my company, this system is able to offer a very complete accounting report allowing my accounting team to be quick in the management of their processes.

What do you dislike about Ricochet Consignment Software?

Recommendations to others considering Ricochet Consignment Software?

It seems to me that this system is very complete because it speeds up the entire marketing and payment process for my clients. In short this system is for me the best I have used because it is very complete, dynamic and versatile.

What problems is Ricochet Consignment Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

When starting to use this system, I am overwhelmed by the amount of functions, it has and due to this, there was a slight resistance to the system change, but thanks to the optimal intervention of the technical support team, it was possible to implement and reduce the levels of dissatisfaction with the use of this system.

Great option for consignment POS

What do you like best about Ricochet Consignment Software?

Easy to use and train employees on, not overly complicated and support staff seems to be on the ball. We also liked the accessibility that a web based/cloud based software gives us we can access the POS system and reports from any computer. Customers seem impressed that i can immediately double check on prices right on my phone.

What do you dislike about Ricochet Consignment Software?

Ricochet could use some more integration options that some of the larger retail POS systems have. I also wish we had the ability for an all in one solution through one company instead of using others (ricochet uses gravity payments and charge it pro to run credit transactions).

What problems is Ricochet Consignment Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We own a consignment business and ricochet makes it easy for us to keep track of items, consignors, and payouts. Our consignors appreciate the system as they can check what items have sold and know that their items are being tracked, leaving no room for error or payout discrepancies.

Great for distributing work/commissions

What do you like best about Ricochet Consignment Software?

As somebody who works as a freelancer outside of my main employment this has been big for working with others. It allows me to track commissions, inventory and both distribute/receive a balance of both.

What do you dislike about Ricochet Consignment Software?

As I'm just starting to grow my freelancing business this is a little expensive and intricate for my level of work, but if you're looking to do a full-on consignment shop or side business this would be GREAT for you. I've seen others with higher level of business use this to great success.

What problems is Ricochet Consignment Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a business that needs to distribute work and inventory very often this helps me do that with ease.
