I like that you everything is viewable on an application and everything is categorsied and easy to view.

What do you dislike about Reziew?

The support feature on it is not that great.

UI is intuitive and user friendly. You can provide feedback along with pictures and videos with the products.

So far, I liked all the features that I used!

Reziew can be simply integrated with any e-commerce platform, hence offers great flexibility

Great platform

What do you like best about Reziew?

I love that you can post videos and photos instead of essays and it all gets verified by the admins.

What do you dislike about Reziew?

It's a bit samey. I mean, it's not anything on a different planet but does the job

What problems is Reziew solving and how is that benefiting you?

More and more apis are getting developed which can integrate on basically any ecommerce site

nothing at all. I appreciated all of it's features

I am very paranoid of sending out documents that are not thoroughly checked and this takes care of it

What do you like best about Reziew?

Customers can provide credible feedback using pictures and videos with our products. We can respond to queries and ratings to add trust and we can easily integrate reziew with our existing platforms including social media integration to find things at one place. SEO integration makes it great marketing tool for our business.

What do you dislike about Reziew?

Not all customer reviews are brought into one place, you still need to go to other platforms to respond to queries

Recommendations to others considering Reziew?

Cheap and easy way to manage online reputation using customer ratings and reviews with pictures and videos, including interaction with customers by responding to their queries

What problems is Reziew solving and how is that benefiting you?

Full and credible customer ratings and reviews to build trust in new customers and easy query management, at least, many reviews on one place.
