Take them up on training offers! There's a lot of information on the dashboard and as you start using it you'll learn new ways to understand the data to inform your marketing efforts.

Before we had no way of knowing who was coming to our site unless they converted. Now we have details about what pages they visit, how long they stay and can get an understanding of what they are looking for. We can use this information to inform how we connect which leads to better, more meaningful conversations and a greater conversion rate.

It gives us deep insights into who is coming to our site. We learn if the companies visiting are coming from an email campaign, organic search or some other source and we get insights around what pages they're visiting. This allows us to better understand which pages are of interests to our different targets.

The analytics are a bit difficult to deal with. They aren't as granular as I'd like and there's no way to filter the types of companies visiting the website.

HubSpot took away a lot of visibility regarding which prospects were visiting our website and the pages they were visiting as a result of GDPR. It was a bit of an overreaction on their part and we needed a way to plug the gap. Thanks to Better Lead Gen, we were able to get around this issue and provide the features we were missing.

This software provides really great insights of visitors to websites and how they are being directed there. It can tell you if visitors are clicking on email links to enter your website or which search engine they are coming from which is really great data!

Some of the insights provided were pretty analytical and hard to understand. It would be better if the insights were provided in a more visual appealing way making it easier for people from different departments to understand.

Also helped me accurately identify the success of emails and newsletters by looking at what visitors visited the website after receiving certain emails. This has really benefited me as I can identify the successes and failures in particular online marketing methods.
