Best Retail Management Platform

What do you like best about Retail Directions?

Best ERP Platform, which has made me manage my Retail Business Globally very quickly and in very efficient manner. Logistics, Inventory and Merchandise are all controlled and used systematically for business. Customer support is very good.

What do you dislike about Retail Directions?

I have been using this software for last 6 Months, and I have not found any dislike for this software. Sometimes this software gets hanged, and I have to restart the software for smooth functioning.

What problems is Retail Directions solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business has grown multiple times since using this software and it has help my team to plan, engage all the logistics, loyalty points, merchandise, stock-in, stock-out everything is manage very easily

The key aspects arr, It's a consumer oriented selling platform with different modules and capabilities in it to manage end to end experience. A need of hour is digital/online platform and this platform provide skus linked to its respective lifecycle.

This platform should offer Variety as well as cognitive or AI driven approach to understand the consumer behaviour and market forces. It's a typical software as a service for business entities a key point or USP is not marketed and branded as well to unleash the true potential

Ive been using Retail Directions for 6 months. I must say, it has lost my expectations. Its not user friendly. Not having all the features to support my business operations. The drawback Ive encountered is system hang ups.
