They are a good solution to the business problem of needing product and service reviews.

Not the fault of ResellerRatings, but if a person has had a bad experience with a company, product, or service then that person might take the time to write a bad review and give a company a bad rating. It means, a vendor or business could be doing really well and have a great product, but if customers have been prompted to write good reviews, that business or vendor may be penalized because of one bad review. I hope people are mindful and consider more than one review for products and services when making buying decisions.

ResellerRatings is a useful guide for having a good idea of wether a merchant is trustworthy to shop with.

The RR toolset allows my teams to gather customer sentiment and improve market reputation among our peers. While not all customers provide in-depth feedback, the RR tool(s) allow us to gather additional information to make informed decisions and offer a world-class experience.

Allows us to easily manage and respond to reviews and flag those that do not come from legitimate customers. We feel comfortable using them as our preferred source of customer feedback.

Sometimes flags are rejected for no apparent reason, and it takes multiple flagging attempts before it is properly read and appropriately handled by the RR staff.

The onboarding and support we have received is, so far, the best thing about Reseller Ratings. There is a large selection of tools and features. One of the most unique is the Amplify feature, to spread the reviews over many different sites, not just ResellerRatings.com.

The Dahsboard is a little messy and hard to navigate at first. There is definitely a learning curve to find all the tools and what each of them does. and while the live person support is great, their Help documentation needs updating BADLY. I could easily find answers to many of my questions with a quick query in their Knowledge base, but there are a limited number of articles and many are outdated.

We needed a way to collect Seller Reviews from our customers and display them on our ecommerce websites. We have a loyal customer base because of our service, but we needed a way to convey that to new customers. Collecting reviews from our customers has allowed us to use genuine, user-generated content to gain the trust and business to new shoppers.

The best part about ResellerRatings is the support that we get and the fact that they understand that our business differs a lot from other e-commerce sites and adjust the support accordingly. Our rep is great and always responds fast to any inquires we might have. We also like the integration with Google Ads. The ResellerRatings review count and stars that appear within our ads help with our click-through rate.

The only downside that we've encountered is that we cannot flag a review that has been updated if it was originally written over a year ago. Ther's only been a few instances where this has been an issue, and we've been told that it's being worked on.

The customer reviews that we receive are helpful for our business in multiple ways. It helps other customers find trust in our brand and it gives us good feedback on things that we're doing well and things that we can improve.
