The reporting feature in RepairQ is incredibly helpful because the reports can get very detailed and you can set them up to be automatically run in a certain timeframe and even emailed to specific or multiple people.

More integrations with other systems would be excellent. Having repairQ data transfer automatically into our HRIS system for easy analysis of wages vs sales would be so helpful.

RepairQ has grown as our small business has grown. We keep adding more and it's always able to handle everything we throw at it. The inventory systems are keeping us organized and at just in time levels.

POS and management system all in one. Able to pull reports for revenue, parts and repairs.

I have no downsides to using repairq at this time

Having one system to manage customers and repairs is very convenient

The site is easy to navigate through, I use it daily for my job its very easy to add parts to inventory and it keeps all my customer data together.

So far I haven't had problems, I have had to reach customer service for minor problems like repair Q crashing but the take care of problem fast and within minutes its okay.

I keep all my inventory together with repair Q and i use to keep all my customers information and devices updated. Lets me control my customer info, device inventory, and even with my cash till VCT.

I like the amount of features that RepairQ has, at least the ones that work.

RepairQ is one of the worst businesses that I have ever dealt with. They are constantly adding features but it's very obvious that they do not test these features before implementing them. We signed up with repairQ because we liked the advertised features, particularly the QSite feature which you can implement on your website. It allows customers to receive instant quotes for repairs. We have been paying $55 extra each month for this feature. We just found out that RepairQ pushed out a new feature that when utilized, broke the QSite completely. We have been driving advertising to our QSite for months (been broken for the last 5 months) and we estimate this mistake to have cost us between $5000-$10,000. This was the last straw. Prior to this problem we had an issue (still not resolved) where the credit card integration (Heartland) does not work properly. This issue has been going on for over a year at this point and RepairQ will not take responsibility for it and blames Heartland. The issue is very obviously RepairQ's integration but they will not fix it. Maybe they can't afford to hire developers.

Utilizing RepairQ has caused more problems than it has solved. Just about every single feature is buggy. From the card processing the QSite, stuff just doesn't work.
