It is user friendly and easy to use for me and for my tenants. And if you do have an issue or a question, they are readily available to assist.

I have not encountered anything that I dislike at this point. I've had a great experience so far.

Collecting rent with little involvement from me which saves me time.

One stop shopping, good live chat help and phone help also available. Ive used it from screening to monthly rent collection.

Skeptical, but now I’m sold

What do you like best about RentRedi?

I appreciate the ease of use via my app or computer. I also appreciate the experience of both the landlord and tenants. Customer service is excellent.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

Can't think of anything. I initially didn't want it at all (the company I was using was sold), but the conversion has gone well and the product is better.

Getting the rents (they send reminders) and having rent rolls available.

Made for non-tech folks - RentRedi can make it Simple!

What do you like best about RentRedi?

RentRedi personnel are quick to resolve problems and explain it for non-techy folks like me.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

RentRedi surely uses a bunch of different contractors and you have to read and sign all their agreements as well.

What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?

They invoice my customer and take payment via credit or debit card, as well as their bank if my customer chooses, without all the hassle of the credit card industry audits and painful processes.

User friendly, great help

What do you like best about RentRedi?

It was quick to get up and running when we listed a house a lot faster than expected. The staff was quick to support and help as I started. It keeps everything in one place I don't have to be up on my tenant to submit payment, they can set up auto pay

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

Nothing so far. I have not had any complaints so far. I started using it 3 months ago and it has been great so far

As easy to use as you are hoping

What do you like best about RentRedi?

Everything is really easy to set up and use. Filling vacancies really intimidated me, but marketing properties and screening tenants with RentRedi is actually easy and effective.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

As a software engineer by trade, there are aspects of the UI / feature flexibility that I notice still need to mature. That being said, I've been using the product long enough to see continuous improvements, and I don't struggle to manage my properties, and support is very helpful.

What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Listing my properties on RentRedi gets them on a lot of sites that drive plenty of high quality leads. The tenant screening feature and very thorough credit/ rental/ criminal checks helps me zero in on tenants that don't give me problems. Tenant onboarding tasks like signing leases and collecting fees/ deposits/ rent is a breeze. Tenants love the automated reminders and maintenance request portal. I feel like I am offering my tenants a high end experience, and I don't need a support staff to do it.

What do you like best about RentRedi?

Setup for real estate owners and property managers. Makes managing tenant payments and documents simple. Easy payment options for tenants, and direct deposit for owner. Customizable for lease term and extra parking fees. Good tech support.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

Tenants can pay by credit card with a 3% fee. Makes me a little nervous if they can't afford rent!
