What I like best about the Rendezvous workspace is, it works well and easy to use.

There isn't anyhting I dislike tabout the Rendezvous wrokspace.

The Rendezvous wroskpace is beneficial to our organization in regrsd to MR bookings.

When you go to book a car space it doesnt show you how many are available. There is no live feed.

Its helping us as a business to book meeting rooms in an orderly fashion for all our Client and internal meetings.

We used the desk booking side during covid and it was fantastic helping us to achieve our social distancing measures

Rondezvous is a system that can house all your venues and mange each venue individually with each venues requirements. central system that can be worked on by large teams at the same time. we run the system in 4 offices around teh country. We are managing a total of 360 meeting rooms and venues. Back up support is one call away.

When one updates prices they dont update in bookings that are already made but only future bookings. But i suppose this wont suite every venue

I really like the amount of functionalities available. The extensive set of API allow this platform to be suited for several different applications.

The UI interface has been completely renewd now it's the time of the mobile apps.

Complex room management, with services deptarment, item stock management. Reporting is also well implemented.

Sometimes it takes longer to load the information to the interface

I don’t need to email multiple people for booking a room for a meeting or call 100 people for canceling one

Responsive service and always looking to improve the product.

No general dislikes about the product or service.

We now have a better understanding of room and desk usage which improves the assets used and gives more choice to users.

what is important is to have s aloution that can cover different topics , nowadays hybrid is not a topic anymore but multitenant is , and NFS is able to provide a great coverage on this topic.

we also like the flexibility of the solution and really important the excellent support service NFS is providing.

customer are really happy with the ease of use and the extended possibilities

maybe a personal view but the user interface would need a bit of modernity

it's mostly solving the multi tenant situation which allows us to cover more projects
