Family first

Incredible Customer Service

I had a disputed payment on my bank with the reference being removebgcom , I contacted the customer service team via the website and Josh responded back advising that it was not there company but he did then give me another business is was likely to be , which it was and I was able to get a refund . Josh did it have to provide the likely company details and it was incredibly helpful that he did or I would have been down a blind alley not k owing where to go , so massive shout out to Josh and great customer service from this business

Best tool for backgrounds and customer support on the market

Having tried many other background removal or change tools, remove bg is the ONLY one that works right. Others just didn't work or were so complicated I got lost in the multiple steps. bg is the only one thatcworks right and is incredibly easy to use. It has saved my business from shutting down when my online store demanded that the first listing photo have a pure white background.
The customer support is the most friendly and helpful ever encountered for any product in my 30 years in business.
Knowledgeable of their products, patient with questions and response time within less than a day, every time! And where were many, many times!
