I like that i can do my job from distance. It is very important for me, especially during a pandemic. It is very convenient and comfortable. The program works quite well, with minor exceptions.

Sometimes a connection problem occurs. Although the Internet has no interruption, remote desktop service loses connection. This is quite inconvenient because I have to quit the job and start again. Sometimes it freezes and corrects itself in a few seconds. I have not noticed any other negatives in my practice.

I do my job with remote desktop service. I connect with users and make various offers to them that I run in the program. Without it, I would simply be unemployed.

Trugrid is great because it is an easy way to give users access to their desktop via rdp. Not only does it solve the security and complexity normally involved but syncs with AD for passwords which is great.

RDP settings control to turn off and on options - they are working on this so i expect that to get better.

Great company to work with and very open to feedback and suggestions.

Not having to have an RDS server at a clients office. Not only does that eliminate opening ports but also is one less item to manage.

microsoft windows default Remote Desktop Services is best in my opinion because of its default installed in windows you don't need to install in every PC where you want to connect.

microsoft windows default Remote Desktop Services it's only working on Windows operating system if you have any other window operating system like MAC OS you have to install Remote Desktop Connection Client and its not disadvantage of it because for every other Operating system is not a Microsoft that's why its need to be install

What I like the best is surely the speed. The connection is very fast (no lagging when moving the mouse). In addition to that we have full control (For example: virtual keyboard, mouse, and standard keyboard operation like windows, ESC, CTRL+ALT+DEL and all of the function keys) I was also able to access system resources as you are right in front of the computer, (For Example, shutting down and restarting the stations)

There is nothing, its the best we used so far in the industry, but seems it only work with windows machine, and specificity Microsoft Windows Professional

The remote desktop is a software especially to connect to remote servers and run other applications. It is easy to use as you are basically connected to another desktop and you're able to control it

There is times where the it slows down the system but it gets fix right away.

This software is a great back up plan.

I use to it to connect to my remote desktop at work, and save employee files.

It is easy to customize the RDP and view settings. It is also easily accessible and available on Windows computers. I can log into my work computer from other work computers for meetings and I can log in from home to my work computer. I like that you can easily drag and drop files across connections. It is nice to be able to have multiple connections as well.

Sometimes if you do not edit the main mstsc file and save settings there, doing a windows update can override saved RDP icon settings. We have customers that do not know how to edit these things and can call in because they are not as familiar with this program. It seems that sometimes RDP sessions will disconnect if you have multiple sessions open connecting to different places. You have to get another app if you are on a Mac in order to connect to the software packages that are hosted via RDP.

We can easily access data anywhere by connecting using Remote Desktop Services.

That' i'm able to access my desktop when i'm away from the office or out of the country

I have not recommendations. The product fits it use.

It is very easy to access, use and configure the RDP of each connection and allows any remote connection from any device that has the Microsoft Windows Operating System, it is quite stable with any decent connection. You can configure your environment depending on your needs. It also has more advanced features that make it more secure than others, such as End to End encryption and 2FA authentications.

I do not know if it is possible to make connections with devices with other operating systems apart from Windows. And if you allow it, I have not yet seen how to do it. It would be interesting if you have this option. In MACs it can only be done if an additional application is placed so that it can recognize this

I recommend it to all those who seek to remotely access other devices with a program that offers more advanced features.

On many occasions this tool has offered me specific solutions, especially when I have to access a device in which I am distant. I can also work on a specific device by entering from others and working on just one.

We can see schedules easily and it updates quickly across all platforms. It contains all information that is important to different positions within the company and gives appropriate access based on need.

The program itself that we run on it is an old system look and looks like it could use an update. But the remote desktop service itself works efficiently and as it should. It allows access to that desktop across different platforms.

This is a good resource especially because you can use different integrations into the service itself. You just need to find what you need.

Our company uses it to access client and therapist schedules in a secured way.

It's free. Works best with windows OS which best for my job. I know Unix compatibility is not there which does not concern me. Connection is very good and GUI is very simple and effective.

Nothing really but if i want to work with Linux servers, this app does not have any support.
