I like the flexibility in using it for a range of projects and variables - it can reveal some very interesting insights hiding under the hood.

No real downsides. In some instances for smaller quant product open ends it can be more difficult to yield useful findings.

We've used Relative Insight to help consult for a host of a major financial podcast and help him to discover how different guests speak and talk about certain topics. We even used it to reveal different ways the host intereviewed certain types of guests (for example, males vs. females), which unveiled to him certain biases he may have had.

Our account managers are always on-hand and super helpful, very supportive. The platform in itself provides some great ways for analysing a number of different aspects of language, as well as from a variety of sources.

There's nothing I particularly dislike about Relative. The UX is still constantly being improved and I appreciate the opportunity to feedback so that it continues to improve.

We specialise in cultural insight and language analysis, so we are able to track online conversations about particular topics and compare how different markets and demographics are talking about particular cultural phenomena.

The core functionality, data comparison, is well organized and provides a fantastic user experience.

I know that the purpose of this software is not to provide data but to analyze it. Sometimes you don't have the data at hand, and Relative Insight cannot help you with a built-in feature (as it is not its purpose). The only solution is to go through customer support and ask them for the data you need. This procedure can be time-consuming when you are in a hurry.

The software is excellent at analyzing customer data. I use it to understand customer behavior, discover trends, and brand perception.

Realtive Insight helps me to identify changes and trends in my data over different time periods and enable me to run a comparative analysis across the different parameters in my data. When comparing text in your data, it helps you to pull out key changes that helps me to discover emerging issues. One of the best parts is whilst analysing the data your able to loop back to the comments in question and tag them accordingly to help shape a story for your analysis.

Most of my analysis has been to cover the diffrences betwee two different parameters such as date/time, issue type, device type etc... Getting data used over many different parameters can take a while, although you do get detailed analysis from it.

Identifying emerging and changing issues across the business. It helps us to see what people are talking about and drill down on key parameters to discover the source of the problem.

Relative Insight provide insights you can't get anywhere else.

Mostly, I use them for the 'cherry on top' in our deliverables — often, we'll review a wide array of data in the platform, and Relative will provide a handful of standout insights.

Relative has been most helpful processing survey data, or data we are very familiar with its source.

Heartbeat has great potential but still feels fiddly and sometimes slow to use.

Relative Insight has become an essential resource for our research and has been an excellent partner from day one. Not only have they supported us as we've learned the technical aspects of the platform, they've also been great collaborators who've helped us take a more thoughtful and rewarding approach to how we approach each project.

I think the platform could be even more useful if it had a sentiment database that you could use to reveal what feelings are hidden within a data set without having to compare it to another user-provided data set or just standard English.

Not only does the platform allows us to reveal otherwise hidden insights, it also impresses clients and prospective clients. This novel use of technology positions our agency as truly modern and a partner who will bring the latest technology to the table for our clients.

Relative Insights offers an intuitive, easy-to-learn platform for gaining often unexpected insights from even large data sets. We were able to use it to find patterns within the results from a large employee survey that we wouldn't have been able to gain using any manual methods. But their greatest strength may be their people: extremely knowledgeable, very accessible, and really a pleasure to work with.

I didn't experience any downsides to the platform.

The platform helps us take survey and other research data and get more useful information from it than we otherwise could. This enables us to give our clients value-added service.
