Not a thing! Every thing someone brings up he adds or fixes its amazing

I can't even make something up to put here. It has functions no other real estate software can compete with. Tyler has a roadmap for features and updates the community regularly. I think we all wish he simply had a bigger budget to add features faster (while keeping price and level of care the same of course)

Takes some patience and persistence to familiarize yourself. Which should be a bonus since your competition likely wont put the effort in.

Not to mention the product is constantly evolving along with its active facebook group which is filled with many helpful members. There is also a YouTube channel dedicated to even further clarify the tools and resources they have available. It's not just another lifeless product, its alive and growing daily with its community.

Be patient and take the time to watch the modules to really understand the benefits instead of just trying to figure it out. There is a system you need to follow and all the tools are there on the website if you can dedicate time to it.

It allows me to see exactly what I leads I need to focus my attention on and keeps all relevant information organized.

All of my software has been pushed into one CRM. It tracks leads, follow ups and it tracks people who I didn't touch with marketing. It simplifies the marketing process. There is also classes available to help you understand the product and marketing process. REISift puts your market at your fingertips.

It's not complicated but I'm the beginning and this isn't the products fault there was not as much resources available so we had to make our own to teach our employees. That problem has been taken care of since then. I don't have anything negative to say.

Make sure you watch all the training and learn how to delegate as you scale and you should be a powerhouse in no time.

There's nothing to dislike. It does everything I need and even shows me what I was missing.

I wasn't in control of my data. It was a mess. Now my marketing efforts are targeted, more efficient, and more cost-effective.

The Community and Customer Service. Tyler is the real deal. Have used many different systems and nothing has compared to REISift. If it doesn't work for you, it's because of you. Tyler gives you everything needed in order to succeed. Just have to put the work in. Highly recommend!!!

So far, nothing. Just wish I would of found this software earlier.

Lost data. Up until now, finding a system that kept up and didn't allow contacts to slip through the cracks for follow ups. Too many benefits to list.
