The group we work with at OneStudyTeam are responsive, knowledgeable and make it a priority to listen to the specific needs of our site and accommodate any requests we have regarding eSource and the OST platform in general. Often, we have a response within an hour of emailing or calling with questions about functionality or changes we may need in eSource.

Will Franco, our first point of contact at OST, is always willing to organize a Zoom meeting (sometimes on short notice) and trouble-shoot or collaborate with our team to personalize and improve the usability of eSource to ensure our workflows are efficient and well-organized. This superior communication and customer service sets OST apart from any company or platform I've worked with previously!

I have yet to find one downfall of working with OneStudyTeam.

As a Clinical Research Site, we have been able to decrease paper sources and streamline patient visits drastically using OST eSource. Our trial databases are well-organized, and the platform is easy to tailor to our needs and navigate quickly to find the data we need in the moment. This allows our site to use the time we would be otherwise to focus on patient enrollment and care for the multiple clinical trials we are part of.

El no tener que usar más de un archivo de excel para acceder a la información, tener la información actualizada y ordenada, hogénea como tal de manera interactiva, lo cual no es posible desde archivos con excel o word, adicionalmente que todo el personal se estandariza en la información en tiempo real

Not all sponsors of clinical studies are linked to StudyTeam and in this way not all the advantages of the platform are realized

The most useful thing is to have an application with the information from each of my studies, which allows me to be more productive and agile when I have a result of my work.

It's a very handy tool to schedule appointments and cycles respecting the windows, avoid errors and generate alerts. And we can visualize all our patients which helps a lot with traceability.

The only thing I don't like is that we can't erase subjects when we make mistakes. And it will be great if we could download an User-friendly calendar directly so we can share it with the team.

Thanks to Onestudy team I have one platform and not numerous Excel spreadsheets for example, to plan and organize the dates of my patients and all the procedures that the protocol requires.

We continue to have a positive experience with OneStudyTeam

We have been using StudyTeam for several months with great success. We have over 15 studies that we are actively using the StudyTeams platform. It has helped us to streamline efforts immensely, particularly for those studies that are sponsor connected. Our Clinical Team has been able to provide real-time updates to Monitors and study managers regarding recruitment efforts and subject statuses. Rather than maintain patient information through multiple tracking logs, we can simultaneously assess candidates' eligibility for various studies.

Additionally, Study Coordinators and the Monitors no longer have to spend valuable time formatting and uploading recruitment logs on a weekly basis as the information is shared with the sponsor immediately. StudyTeams has also helped us as a site to remain HIPAA compliant, as the information shared with the sponsor contains no identifying information. However, we can still assign patient identifiers through our interface for easy recruitment.

I highly recommend StudyTeams to any Site or Sponsor looking to streamline their recruitment efforts and improve their enrolment metrics.

Study Team is easy to use and keeps our team updated with progress on each subject. It has benefited our recruiting and allows me to see why someone failed in screening or pre-screening.

Honestly do not see any downsides- I am excited at the upcoming new features for source documentation, and once financials are added, it will be the perfect tool.

Besides the fact that StudyTeam is free for site use when introduced via the sponsor, it has now become an invaluable asset. On top of this, they consistently offer engagement opportunities and have always been open to my opinions and feedback.

Some of the prepopulated response choices are less than applicable. However, they have been willing and open to making the requested changes. I'd love more option to add our own applicable drop down comments.

StudyTeam has provided a one-stop fix for all of my study-related communications and tracking. Having them as a resource has streamlined our productivity and enhanced my team's perfomance!

I really appreciate the wide variety of capabilities StudyTeam offers. We are able to easily track recruitment and manage our participants throughout their time in our studies.

I dislike the fact that we cannot upload the necessary documents corresponding with a participant.
