It is not customizable as per specific needs, not much user-friendly on MACs

The analytics and reporting features help to pull in data from different touchpoints and analyze them to generate ongoing trends in the industry.

Works as described. Plus we can get the reflexis ess app to find other stores for more hours

I really enjoy the app, it makes viewing our schedule much easier and it is easier to request time off. The website is relatively easy to use and the training for both was easy to follow.

the features on the app could be better, it kind of seems like an old version. The website is very helpful but a little difficult to find the things you need, as alot of stuff is hidden between a couple spots to click.

If they don't already have a scheduling system that has an app, they should definitely use this because it makes it much easier for everyone to switch shifts or pick up more shifts or even just to view the schedule.

Usually requesting time off can only be done from the actual walgreens store, being able to request time off from anywhere is much easier and is a great benefit for us switching over to this program.

The modules we are currently implementing offer a comprehensive platform to truly redefine our business practices, customer service, team member loyalty and culture. The best thing about this product is the customer focus for the end user.

There have been some hiccups in the new build, but those are being worked out and focused on with top priority.

Highly consider your business needs and the order of implementing modules; if you go with Task Manager a lot of things feed into that.

Optimization of labor is key, from scheduling, to clock in/out and managing tasks we are going to be streamlining the way labor is handled and utilized at our sites to give the best experience possible to both our internal and external customer.

I like that it's easy to log into when the system choose to work.

When the system rebooting or take too long to catch up with new software, that's it biggest downfall. It's annoying and makes it's very tedious.

It makes it easy to track the schedule and it moves pretty fast once up and running.

It is a good software but the recent upgrade destroyed pretty much anything good about it.

Bugs and it takes forever to implement due to bugs.

I didn't realize anything yet due to bugs. We are trying to implement this software but it seems like it is impossible due to bugs.
