Full page search and preview search are light-years ahead of the search function we had built into our website previously. Not only do they personalize based on activity on the site, but there is a ton of customization available and this feature has really grown our business. Just having the preview search populate with best sellers when you click on it (but do not enter any text) has had a positive lift.

On top of that, the automated (and dynamic) product recommendations on product pages and other modules has made it much easier to merchandise on our site and in emails. Before we were doing everything manually, and it was static.

We've had a bit of turnover on our account reps. Although that is to be expected from companies in this space, more continuity with our support team would be preferred. Of course, we wish the service was cheaper, but it's had a positive return on investment, so we can't complain (too much).

Reflektion's email product recommendations lives outside the customer engagement platform. The capabilities and flexibility are as great as the tools in the CEC. Reflektion has shared they are working on merging this and offering more.

Reflektion is a very easy to use software. We currently use Reflektion for on site search and to give us recommendation widgets. Both of which are incredibly intuitive and can give you tons of stats on your website. It has helped us get customers to the correct pages, and helped us convert customers when they get on site.

My company is very thorough during implementation and can be difficult to work with. Implementation of the software took longer than I wanted but it was expected because of my team.

We are able to easily set up rules and redirects for when people are searching for products on our site. Reflektion also gives customers great recommendations for products they should purchase using their own algorithms and digging through our data to find what previous customers purchased together.

Their site search is above and beyond anything we have ever used. Also, the tech support is top notch when you have an issue or question.

Reflektion is a dynamic tool that provides great insight about your customer and demographics, providing great personalization and user experience across the paltform.

There are limitations with you Magento and Reflektion interact that are specific to our product catalog, but provide obstacles with implementing certain functions.

If you are looking for a tool that covers a broad spectrum of optimizations on the site, Reflektion does a great job of providing that. Their personalization and ability to split test are also key factors when considering Reflektion, that not alot of tools offer in the market. They are continuously learning from their customers and optimizing their tool to stay competitive in the market. Their customer success team is also amazing and provide insights and answer questions every step of the way.

Reflektion has provided better personalization and direct revenue results across our onsite search and product recommendation areas on our site. The tool allows better visibility into what's working and isn't working within our product catalog.

Not a lot that I can think of. Implementation was on time and no surprise billing fees or scope creep.
