Recon art has allowed us to automate many of our complex reconciliations and we plan to add more reconciliations to our list. The ability to create custom auto rules and import data from many sources allows a lot of great solutions.

Some rules are difficult to create and have run/match transactions successfully. Our IT team typically has to be involved in this process which is fine but means implementation of new recons & matching rules can be slow...

This is a useful tool that can save time, match complex transaction types, automate and improve processes. We plan to add many more processes into ReconArt!

cash clearing issues are resolved daily rather than waiting for the full month end reconciliation which has reduced/ caught errors much faster and allows us to resolve them within the period. Manual matching is time consuming but with recon art it has allowed big time savings and accuracy.

This is a powerful tool. We have just started to use ReconArt and are excited to maximize it to the full potential. It has saved a lot of time with processes that were very manual and can be automated.

Not intuitive for end users. It can be a bit intimidating for them when they first start using the program.

Complex matching and reconciliations. We use this for bank, corporate card and other reconciliations that have large amounts of data that need to be matched. What took hours before to match off is now done in minutes, or automatically.

For our company ReconArt helps easily clear off items that are a one to one match. It helps to be able to set up rules for ongoing transactions we have and this helps save time.

It is difficult to be able to pull back uploaded data, if there were errors, or clearings that shouldn't have happened. Once the data is loaded seems like more of a challenge to pull it back out, but once we reverse the transactions that does help.

It is a nice tool to have for recon's especially ones that have repetitive data you can easily have those items cleared off and create rules.

It has helped us finish recons much faster then doing them manually by ourselves. We have many repetitive recons that this will help make go faster and make more efficient.

The matching logic is intuitive and the system is easy to learn in a limited capacity (i.e. for simple bank reconciliations the software works well)

Our match rules were a bit too complex for Reconart to handle and we did not have adequate implementation support to get the software fully up and running for our needs.

We stopped using Reconart after six months of attempting to implement the software but never going fully live with the product.
