What I like best about Recombee is its user-friendly API and web-based dashboard. The API makes it easy to integrate the recommendation engine into my website or app, and the dashboard allows me to easily manage and analyze the recommendations.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Recombee yet.

Here are few things that i don't like but makes me think twice before using it. the lack of control over the models' decision-making process, the lack of transparency in the models' decision-making process, and the potential for suboptimal results if the data provided is not of good quality or enough. Additionally, The recommendations is based on historic data, which does not account sometimes for the current needs or my preferences.

Es una API espectacular, que permite a tu organización tener una genial distribución de contenido para lo que necesites. Puedes automatizar la entrega y publicación tanto de Videos, mensajes informativos, audios, Postcast y eso es muy provechoso para llevar un buen orden en la empresa y en la buena distribucion de su contenido.

Si bien Recombee es muy sencillo de aprender a utilizar, creo que le falta la opcion de lenguaje al Español, con esto la aplicación podría llegar a mas usuarios. Tambien sería genial que en próximas actualizaciones su interfaz grafica sea más intuitiva aún.

Nos ha ayudado a administrar de mejor manera la distribución de documentos, videos y comunicados. Ya que permite poder entregar cada uno de estos contenidos al usuario / Area de la empresa que le corresponde.

Recombee provides top recommendations to our users and that is pivotal in growing the business at a large scale while maintaining the quality standards we have set for ourselves.

The process of registering and eventually getting things started is cumbersome.

Recombee is aiding in suggesting potential customers about the various offerings a business is able to provide them.

Even if the free version, you can do nearly whatever the hell you wanna do with the system. With small-size business, 100,000 requests per month is enough to give you life. There are a ton of library that you can integrate into, though I'm using NextJs and run into some troubles at first. The technical lead was basically always there to give me direction lol even though I was on my free plan.

May take you a little bit of coding experience if you want to integrate in react or nextjs. Also sometimes the connection is slow, it throws timeout exception (you have to manually set it)

The very powerful full-text multi entity search engine was the first feature we used in beta state for our customers but in my opinion the best feature is the more or less classic recommender engine service that drives 90% of the pages at some of our customers e-commerce solutions.

Really easy to use and fairly easy to integrate. I especially liked applying the business rules, I feel like this way we really adjusted the use to our use-case.

In the beginning, we had only a few user interactions to start with. With time, when our platform grew, we overcame this problem but the start was a bit slow for us.

I did like we could use the free plan until it made sense to upgrade. Good job guys on overcoming this issue, I am sure many other users might be in the same position we were in!

Take your technician to the meeting. They ask questions marketers don’t think to ask, it can quicken the process. Also if you are hesitant, start with the free trial and see if this is for you, that is what we did and then decided to stay.

We realized early on that personalization is needed to stand out from the competition. We wanted to offer the best customer-tailored service and ensure visitors come back to our site.I am not sure if we would have the same numbers without Recombee - this way we are achieving our goals and growing the way we planned.
