Makes Subscriptions Easy to manage and implement. Customer Support is amazing and fast. I use it daily and a large percentage of our daily orders are through Recharge.

I like that Recharge allows us to manage the subscriptions of consumers in the best possible way. We're able to make a lot of things with it that help our consumers to have a good experience while purchasing with us!
The only thing I dislike about recharge is that some history changes appear under "Recharge admin" which can cause confusion on who made them, but besides that everything is great!
Recharge solves any subscription management issue a consumer can have, it allows us to collect data and properly modify subscriptions based on consumers' preferences.
I started using Recharge when I first came to Shopify. I found it very easy to import my current subscription customers and data to their platform, which meant very little or no disruption for most of them. I also love that it has the ability to read line item properties from other apps my store uses, letting me capture the information needed for me to serve my customers.
I dislike the new pricing. I'm a small business, and the new pricing structure means I may have to look at a different solution to remain profitable. A tier for 50 or 100 or less transactions a month would be attractive.
It is solving the lack of a native subscription app service on Shopify, while integrating itself into my business for a seamless experience for both me and my customers.

Recharge is user friendly, and easy to use. On Customers tab, I am able to find all of our subscribers , and once a specific one is selected, the subscriber page has all the needed details in one place. I can easily add a discount code, pause the membership, or even cancel if needed.
It's fast and lag-free. The navigation is easy. I don't find any issues with it.
We use Recharge to handle our customers' inquires. A customer might need to pause his membership, renew his payment information, or even cancel it at times. Recharge makes it so easy to do so. With everything accessible in one page, it makes my daily work easier.
