LOVE THIS
What do you like best about RealPage OneSite?
Easy of access and the number of things you can do all in one site and Real Page! It simplifies everything for us and our community, stats, reports, Lease-ups, ETC.
What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite?
Sometimes it lags or takes a long time to open certain things. It sometimes kicks us out and reloads the previous page instead of the one we need to open up at that time.
What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is VERY VERY beneficial to all of our staff in property management. We all can use it for everything we need. Maintenance, Leasing Management, Receptionist even can use.

The most user-friendly property management solution

PROS: It is an easy-to-use and intuitive application that we do not spend so much time training new users. But the best thing about it is how it lets us screen applicants on the same platform.

About RealPage

PROS: RealPage has allowed us to go paperless since it lets us store any kind of document.

Wonderful software for renting out space

PROS: It is better for us to use RealPage than Microsoft Word.

My experience using RealPage

PROS: I noticed that RealPage support is quick. Within 24 hours of posting my ticket, it is already resolved. Because of this fast response, we can conduct our business without problems.

CONS: It is bothersome to open a ticket every time we have queries.

One site is simple and easy to use.

I like that each category is self explanatory and you could easily teach yourself how to use it.
What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite?
It has some technical errors sometimes but I like using one site
