On top of this features like Qmail allow engagement when necessary Worked with Quinyx in two different companies (Gorillas/Flink) and it is a great overall tool

Its UI and depth of intricacies. You can achieve almost anything

Lack of hard stops. Too many warnings without the ability to stop people doing things

It is a well rounded scheduling tool that handles all the legal sides of the business while being a reputable time and access system for payroll.

i actually really love the color scheme, its easy on the eyes. Quinyx has a very simple and clean interface while i can still customize my settings. so far i havent had any complaints with it!

HOnestly not much, my opinion changes to more positive with every update

being able to see everything at a glance. i dont have to click through a million windows to get to one thing, its all right there.

I love being able to compare worked vs scheduled hours.

Quinyx is difficult to log into. The password is unnecessarily long and complex.

What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing employees to pick up and trade shifts takes one more thing off my plate.

Easy to use for staff and admin

What do you like best about Quinyx?

Easy to learn and navigate the app even if your not an expert in technology or speak the language in the app well. The layout when creating schedules is easy to overview

Can be hard to find your colleagues schedule if you're just an employee and not an admin

Scheduling, sending messages to all of the staff and clocking in and out

My staff struggles with it but it’s only because they don’t login like they should.
