The product clearly stands apart from the competitors. The features are very well thought of, such as customer segmentation which is something none of the competition offers.

The onboarding process is slight tough and needs to be automated especially if the target market is Shopify merchants. There is a mismatch in the product offering and the target market.

There are certain layers of charges. There is a dashboard fees, there is a shopify integration feed and there are the message charges. A brand needs to take on account all these charges and then make an informed decision whether it's a right fit or not
