What do you like best about QuickBooks Online Advanced?It would say it is a must to keep your books organized and on track. I love that it has multi-currency support and also sales tax support in multiple countries. It also integrates with a lot of other platforms, like Airwallex. They have improved the UI significantly in the past year, in terms of support I would say they are the best. I've had issues in the past but aside from that everything is great.What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?The support is a big issue; other than that, I am pretty happy with the performance of the platform. Also, I think they could implement the option to do approval layers for internal controls.What problems is QuickBooks Online Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps us keep our books on track and our bookkeeping organized.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Online Advanced?I like the interface and how easy it is to navigate. It’s broken down into sections that fit the accounting tasks we need to do, so it’s easy to figure out what to click. Purchase orders help us know about upcoming payments, and importing bank transactions is easy. QuickBooks Online Advanced streamlines most aspects of our operations. Bank feeds, recurring transactions, and prepaid expense amortization are important to us. The initial setup was very easy.What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?QuickBooks Online Advanced sometimes freezes and crashes when I do a large journal entry. Sometimes it saves a draft, but other times I lose my work and have to redo it, which is very frustrating. It doesn’t happen when I use incognito mode in Google Chrome.What problems is QuickBooks Online Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?We use QuickBooks Online Advanced to make purchase orders more efficient and know upcoming payments, easily import bank transactions, and streamline most aspects of our operations.

Reporting is also straightforward and easy to understand. What do you like best about QuickBooks Online Advanced?Quickbooks Advanced has larger various report capabilities. Top item so far that I like best about advanced is the spreadsheet sync. Ever had a client whose vendors or clients need a clean up for consistency, that spreadsheet sync is the key to completing it quickly.What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?My least favorite thing about QuickBooks Online Advanced is the price tag. Current pricing is $340.00, for a growing business this is expensive.What problems is QuickBooks Online Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?The number 1 item that Advanced is benefiting me is the spreadsheet sync. I was spending hours each day trying to clean up a client's QBO file. With spreadsheet sync I was done with vendors in under an hour.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Online Advanced?I like using QuickBooks Online because I am able to share it with my CPA and other people around my organization so that way we are all on the same page when it comes to budgetsWhat do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?It takes a lot of getting used to in order to use it. It is an Intuit program, and the UI is very clean, but there are way more features than what most people realize. I do find myself having to utilize YouTube tutorials on how to do some certain things.What problems is QuickBooks Online Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?Being able to share all of our books with our CPA and our payroll people makes my life a lot easier because I'm not having to meet with them to go over books. I also like how I can use ChatGPT as an integration and work on my books via AI.

We use several different platforms, and QBO allows us to bring everything together in one place. It also helps increase productivity and performance thanks to its AI capabilities.What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?QuickBooks Online works based on your internet capabilities and your company’s COLO. It’s important to understand how either of these can affect your productivity, especially if one of them is struggling to perform.What problems is QuickBooks Online Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?QuickBooks Online helps solve the challenge of integrating more than one platform into another, so our financials can be complete and kept up to date on a day-to-day basis in a timely manner.

Multi currency is simple and the Internal AI learns quickly as wellWhat do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?Not much except that there are sometimes issues in signing in but that is usually solved by signing in using an incognito window...What problems is QuickBooks Online Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?The bank import is saving so much time especially for corporate Credit Cards.
