Used a lot of display advertising platforms and QuantCast is always the best. In terms of performance on a cost per acquisition goal and customer support. They really optimize to the click-through conversion rather than relying on view-based conversions that could be double counting if you do not have the right technology in place.
Only a couple time had a few issues where wish they responded quicker to an issue to inquiry, but nothing else.
Compare their success to others and push them and your others to drive revenue based on click-throughs rather than view-based conversions. If you can meet your reps in person and do a client tour of their office.

To begin, Quantcast is an absolutely amazing company. We leverage them in almost every media plan that includes display advertising because they are able to meet our KPIs, have great targeting, and have great customer success teams. They're easy to work with and provide the results we want. Their advertise platform has up to date data that's easy to understand, reports you can pull with ease, and a variety of options to help update campaigns.
There isn't much to dislike, but I wish that there was more of an ability to create custom reports or filter data with more detail. The basic information is great to make sure that everything is running smoothly, but it would be great to have a way to pull more granular data from the platform.
Highly recommend if you want to not only run solid display advertising but want to be able to report on users engagement through the funnel. Talk to them about fee structures ahead of time to make sure it works with your agency.
The look-a-like targeting is fabulous. They can work with some of our smaller budgets and the information their pixel picks up is invaluable.
We love working with Quantcast on direct response programmatic display and retargeting campaigns. Our firm uses Quantcast almost exclusively for these types of campaigns in the direct response space and we have consistently seen amazing results. Overall, we also love collaborating with our client success managers who have incredible insight on our campaigns as well as those campaigns that we can learn from. They are also incredibly quick at campaign turnaround.
We love everything about Quantcast except for the current customer success issues. Due to changes in the company, we have been shuffled around between customer success managers frequently. We're also experiencing communication problems, where there's confusion between two similar client campaigns that they're managing and so details get confused between campaigns. Adding staff members in customer success would alleviate these headaches and ensure client confidence.
I strongly recommend for anyone who runs direct response campaigns to use Quantcast. We have trialed many different partners int he space and have not experienced the same strong results as we have with Quantcast. My only disclaimer on this review is that we're currently experiencing difficulty with our customer success team due to reorganization. If you can get a strong customer success team, then Quantcast will change your direct response programmatic campaigns for the best.

We utilize Quantcast to be our foremost partner to run campaigns that drive sales of tickets for many entertainment partners from small to large budgets. Quantcast helps us by creating strong results and deliver on event he smallest budgets.
Best customer service! Also, since they are the #3 data provider, it gives them a huge advantage for marketers!
I don't love their interface as much as some others.

Quantcast’s Complete Targeting network blends prospecting and retargeting, leveraging live data to create a custom audience based on look-alike consumers to increase overall brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
It takes time to build a custom audience. We have often circumvented this by placing the tracking pixel ahead of the actual campaign launch.

I really like the interest my account managers take in our product and our overall needs. Very attentive, great communication and positive attitudes.
I wish the dashboard allowed more control on the client side and provided more reporting ad hoc rather than having to reach out to my account managers.
I think you have to look at this product as brand awareness rather than conversions. The VTC vs CTC can be starkly different.
We see the Quantcast product as means to lift other channels - display advertising for short term lending products does not always translate well due to the sensitivity of loans and the fact they usually stem from a need, not a want. Quantcast does provide wonderful insight into our demographic that benefits other channels for our company.
When it comes to direct response/conversion driving, Quantcast is one of the best that there is! From Identifying the right user and new kinds of users, to driving a ticket sale for numerous clients past and present, Quantcast has always been in the consideration set when planning for digital media campaigns.
Needs more effectiveness when it comes to brand awareness campaigns. Some times the results of click through rate in terms of a Cost per Aquisition are similar to what is seen in a brand awareness campaign where key performance indicator is click through rate, which in most cases is not the best thing.
For DR camapigns, definitely test Facebook Exchange Right Hand Rail campaigns. Have seen a lot of success with it from driving a third of the conversions to being a top performer in ticket sales.
Finding the right audience that visit a page through a full funnel approach. Being able to conquest those with similar traits of those who have converted has been the best way of targeting in most cases. Ever since Lookalike Modeling has been introduced at my previous agency, it was used all across the board of clients that we had which came in a wide range of industries. With the Insights platform, you're able to identify the audience that you expect to target, and sometimes find new ones to try and see if it has the same effect.
