Migration of data from Enterprise Vault to Exchange

Each part of the process was handled by friendly, professional and competent people. Our migration was complex and took quite some time. I never felt that the project was in jeopardy because of the team behind the product.

The engineer who actually did the migration was also exceptional. Following up and being available when my team needed him most.

The product itself is also great. We migrated 8tb of mail and only experienced minor issues which ended up being all issues with the source data.

I had little to dislike about the engagement.

If you are looking to move your EV to O365; Think about engaging Quadrotech. It ended up being a great decision for BCAA

We leveraged Quadrotech to migrate our on premises Symantec Enterprise Vault into Office 365. They were able to import both the archived user data and historic journal data into O365 using the supported method.

The managed service was excellent, from setup to complete, very thorough.

The sales pitch was 100% true (I don't say that often), but I went back and re-read the promise that was made, and it was genuine.

We had 4tb of on Prem Enterprise Vault data, that we wanted to migrate back into 180 users mailboxes, now stored in Microsoft 365 exchange cloud. We wanted a solution which will take the data for us, move back to the same location as the vault stub, and remove the stub when complete.

Archive Shuttle was the product which did exactly that, and more. It was easy to install and setup, with the assistance of the consultant and at that point, our involvement was to supply a list of names which then just migrated at a good pace with no impact to our network or users. The process was invisible to our users.

We only encountered one issue during the process which was archived messages which had not been read, but had a read receipt request against them, fired off Not Read read receipts as the stubs were deleted. Some of these messages were years old, which would have caused confusion, but the pilot mailboxes highlighted this and a quick transport rule stopped them going out. Not a problem.

Easy to work with, very organized, and they follow up when migrations are in process or done.

The best and user friendly migration tool. We can easily to migrate entire email system in to new platform by using quadrotech tool.We can transfer our emails securely to other platforms. The customer support is very helpful.

Comparing to other migration tools the traffic is little slow. While mygrating the emails it was automatically stopped one time, then I reinitiated again.

Please increase the speed of transfer.

Quadrotech took all the complexity of a huge project like a PST Migration and made it a completely guided process, with white glove service. All of our questions were answered thoroughly throughout the process, from pre-sales, to post-sale and the entire way through the project.

The engineers who were assigned to our project were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really cared about the success of our project which had several red flags we felt were important to address. They addressed each concern individually, and were there each and every time we needed to address a concern.

We don't have any dislikes about our experience with Quadrotech, and that's exactly why we would recommend them time and time again. The experience was enjoyable from the first pre-sale call to our completed deployment of the product.

Many products claim to do the same thing as Quadrotech, but Quadrotech is the only company we found that has the people and support behind the product in such a positive manner.

Our PSTs were sprawled out over 1000 users in both local PC locations and strewn across multiple file servers. Quadrotech helped us inventory PSTs across ALL possible sources, and gave us insightful reporting that showed who the PSTs belonged to, size reports, and migration recommendations for each user. Once the process was started and tested, it was just a matter of time to complete the project with the help of our Quadrotech engineers. The benefit was that we were able to move all our PSTs, while not locking up all of our internal resources on this project. The Quadrotech white glove service really helped us accomplish a seemingly impossible project.
