It was important to me as a user that Qooling is an easy and intuitive interface. It has greatly simplified and facilitated the process of compliance with our quality certification processes such as ISO 9001, which spends a lot of time and resources on our company. It also contributed positively to communication within the company. The resulting reports and the improvement in our quality performance also made us happy.

In general, we were very satisfied with Qooling. It would only be good if the customization processes were more flexible. In addition, it would be good to reduce the price of the software to a slightly more reasonable level. We expect the company to provide better service during the customer support process.

He helped us a lot in applying the requirements of the certificates we are responsible for, so that we can provide various quality certification processes of our company. Our quality processes have been streamlined. While putting these into practice, it also provided efficient time management. It also increased the quality of communication regarding responsibilities within our team. In addition, reporting and analysis tools allowed us to clearly see the developments in our performance. It also made it easier for us to see and reduce potential risks.

Qooling helps us to register the deviations in the organization in the right way and to follow up on them.

At this moment, there are no issues that do not work well with the Qooling Software.

The QMS platform provided by Qooling is absolutely the best system I have come across. It allows my company to manage all its quality processes and procedures in one place, allowing my employees to gain access to elements they have been authorized to access. External auditors from awarding bodies have also provided very positive feedback around the operation of the system.

I like everything about this system; there is nothing that makes me dislike it

Qooling allows me to manage my company quality processes and procedures in one place; it allows me to gain access to information when working away from the site. This is something that I was unable to do with my old quality system which echos the flexibility provided by this QMS Platform.

What I like a bout Qooling the most is that I can adjust every form and procedure the way we want it in the company. We have a lot of colleagues that are not native to our language or that are not that great at reading and even for them Qooling is easy to use.

I would like to see that in adjusting a form I can select where i would like the new field to come. Now I have to drag and drop or accept that is comes at the bottom. When I make a form with a lot of fields dragging and dropping can take a lot of time.

Our previous system was not as userfriendly as Qooling so it would stop people from making accident reports. With the easy use of Qooling we are getting a lot better input in the day to day 'issues'.

Lars! Lars is such a great guy and he helps me with everything. He always comes up with a way to make what I need.

I miss being able to post things all at once between the BV's in my account now.

For now, I have no problems.

The initial setup and configuration of Qooling is bit complex for the users who are beginners in quality management. It's integration to complex software stack is challenging and time consuming.
