I have used and implemented several different idea management platforms and QMarkets has impressed me with how easy it has been to integrate, launch and use. I really like the level of Customer care that is available throughout go-live preparation and ongoing post-go-live. Our Customer Success Manager is always on hand to share best practices, help us navigate new admin tasks and help us get the best out of the platform - this is something that I have not experienced with other platforms.

The platform is fully customisable and allows our idea to execution process to be mirrored in the platform. The platform can also be branded heavily so it reflects our organisation branding closely - it looks like our platform and not a third party app. The level of customisation does require time and effort to learn and navigate, but the rewards are worth it. Our customer success manager is always on hand to help us with anything new.

Unlike other innovations management tools you can automate all reoccuring tasks like sending E-Mail reminders, changes of an idea from one phase to another or communication with a jury.

This way it is possible to prepare several campaigns in advance and have the peace of mind that the stage-gate process is followed automatically. As an innovation manager you can then concentrate on the task of generating engagement within the innovators which tends to get neglected if too much effort goes into keeping the process going. The automation therefore improves the quality of the campaigns signficantly.

With a dynamic tool and automation comes complexity during setup. It takes therefore quite a bit of time in the beginning until everything is working as intended. During this setup time I got a lot of help from my account manager to get all parameters set to my liking.

Before deciding for a Innovation Management Tool you need to have defined an innovation process otherwise the setup might be difficult if you don't know in advance what kind of process you want.

The Qmarkets suite is extremely customizable, everything from the colors and layout of the home page to the entire idea management pipeline can be changed.

The entire idea review process can be tailored to the needs of the customer organisation, including putting in any number of review stages, creating custom email notifications, creating multiple levels of categorization (on the platform-level, on the campaign-level, based on user data like the department a user belongs to, etc.).

The customer-centricity of Qmarkets, since they are really helping their customer to find a solutions to their problems, providing fast and meaningful replies. Furthermore, the management of the tickets when finding bugs are excellently managed and fastly solved.

Sometimes the platform is too rigid, therefore a customized solution needs to be found. Besides, in the beginning, the setup at admin level might be challenging, but after some adjustment time, the process will ease. Lastly, the IT implementation might have been handled slightly better, with a clear framework from the beginning, from both the parts involved, Philip Morris included.

The added value we experienced with Qmarkets Innovation Management is their customer-centricity and their customer care: even if the platform might be rigid sometimes, the team is available to help us to find solutions and to create customized setups. The availability of different systems (Q-Ideate, Q-Optimize and so on) allows almost a full cover of the challenges a multinational company like ours might face in the daily activities, but they can be perfectly implemented also in small and medium enterprises.

Qmarkets Innovation Management allowed us to implement continuous improvements in our factories, on top of the idea management platform we already used before. The systems have been implemented a few weeks ago but we are already seeing results, either on financial terms or on processes' improvements.

Qmarkets’ products can be implemented stand-alone or integrated together as subsystems within a unified platform. It covers almost all the possible scenarios which can happen in the cycle of ideation to innovation to its commercialization. Qmarket portal provides a lot of features and flexibility to customize it to organisation requirements.

The response time of Qmarket team for resolving the issues is commendable. Almost all the time team was able to resolve the problem within short duration of time.

The platform is easy to customize, and Qmarkets is able to support items beyond sysadmin control.

The most difficult challenge for us has been cultural integration of system use for our teammates, but Qmarkets has provided support in this area as well.

Be sure to gain support of leadership and communications functions up front to ensure the system is designed for maximum impact.

We are in the very early stages of using the platform for collecting bottom-up innovation insights.

Superbly technological aspects as well as wise production. Qmarkets are dedicated to customers, versatile and sensitive with regard to complicated changes.

Without the support service, certain settings can not be changed. Certain sections are included in the website and can be changed. The news section is not readable to external users. Too much of its capacity is growing.

Very professional, profound understanding of innovative processes and a very responsive and committed support team to customer needs.

We also undertaken cycles of ideation involving hundreds of employees, from structural change to efficiency and technology breakthroughs, with proposals on a whole range of innovation. Valuable innovations have been found and applied in all systems to save money to organizations, to develop internal and external operations and new markets and products and services. Excellent platform.

My experience with Qmarkets is only positive so far.

Use an open platform where employees can share and propose ideas to solve existing business problems or to enhance business with random ideas.

We had always very friendly & professional support during our challenge to introduce Qmarkets platform to our environment. The platform has acouple outstanding features like the multi-language support we really like.

There are a couple setups which could be more flexible. Especially the workflow is a bit too limited as well as the levels for campaign reviews. It would be nice to have at least 6 levels and could combine it in a flexible way. We would also like to store finished campaigns or campaign setups or being able to transfer campaigns from test into live version.

We perform different types of technolgical and social campaigns as well as open idea boxes. Best experiance is to see how cooperation grows during a campaign.
