Amazing customer service from Brock who assisted me in splitting my account off from a former accountant, creating my own account, copying all of my files to my new account AND teaching me how to use it. All in a personal phone call. Unbelievable truly. Great. Service. This almost doesn't happen any more.

I love this product. Nothing is missing.

Sharing my files so more than one person can access them without alot of hassle. This also keeps my most important files backed up.

It is much easier to share Quickbooks with my bookkeeper with QBox. I no longer have to send them an accountant's copy and "stay out". They work on my actual file.

If my Quickbooks file occasionally stays locked after I exit, I need to unlock it on the website.

Consider this a great solution to sharing Quickbooks.

This is an easy way to share my Quickbooks Desktop file with my bookkeeper. I no longer have to send an accountant's copy and wait for them to send it back.

Qbox is a great option for people that need shared access to a desktop Quickbooks file but don't have their own server or want to pay for cloud hosting.

Only 1 user can be active in the file at any time, and you still have to pay for all the users to have a QB license.

Qbox allows me (an accountant) to have access to my client' desktop file without having to pay higher cloud hosting rates. The file is housed locally on the computer, and Qbox locks the file for the first person to log in. Any other users can log on simultaneously for read-only access. Upon signing out, the first user's lock is released.

I like the accessibility of my data at my fingertips.

I don't like that if you have not used in awhile it will not let you see any current data.

I would suggest you keep consistent with using and you will be fluent.

Firm accounting is my primary reason for using Qbox. I realize its a great way to manage all the expenses and keep track of where the money is going.

Nice to have the ability to share a QB file

They cant figure out how to take payment, and no its not a credit card or cache issue

find another solution

outsourced finance group needs access to quickbooks and I dont want to do QB Online
