Accessing information on accounts and entering new accounts have proven to be simpler than Sales Force. Prophet is better than Sales Force because its for me.
If all emails sent to clients were captured in Prophet CRM my days would be easier. Currently only the group emails are seen by the field reps in Prophet.

My only qualm with Prophet CRM is that when I log onto Outlook it sometimes doesn't load the Prophet CRM automatically, and I have to manually connect it. Also, I have had problems in the past with syncing contacts to my phone from my computer.

Being based on MSOffice Outlook which is the system i have used for 25+ years, makes Prophet extremely easy to learn and use.

Have not had issues with Prophet once I understood that having a second outlook window up made additions and searches much easier. Just need to remember to refresh both windows regularly
We have a small potential custome base of companies, however each company has a 1000+ employees. Being able to consolidate and find releveant emails by company and by individual saves me time and alleviates a lot of frustration

The only thing I would like to see is the ability to log the time the bid is due as well as the date. Many projects have a specific time that they are due that day, and I need a way to track that.
I have not encountered any issues in utilizing Prophet CRM. The only thing I wish they would add is a way to track the due date time, and everything would be awesome!
