Excellent CRM

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

Super easy integration with Outlook, sending group emails to a large list takes seconds.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

Nothing - all works as intended, and the program is very easy to learn and use.

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

I like how easy Prophet CRM is to use! You can enter, edit, or view customers and orders with ease. And if you ever have any problems, their support team is exceptional!

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

My only qualm with Prophet CRM is that when I log onto Outlook it sometimes doesn't load the Prophet CRM automatically, and I have to manually connect it. Also, I have had problems in the past with syncing contacts to my phone from my computer.

The biggest issues Prophet CRM is solving is that it is helps keep all our customers and their orders organized. I also like how easy it is to impute a new customer or order.

Accessing information on accounts and entering new accounts have proven to be simpler than Sales Force. Prophet is better than Sales Force because its for me.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

If all emails sent to clients were captured in Prophet CRM my days would be easier. Currently only the group emails are seen by the field reps in Prophet.

Prophet helps us reduce the time and energy necessary to feed the sales funnel tracking "beast." It keeps everyone happy with its reporting and forecasting functions.

Like any other tool, you need to use to be effective. Like the old saying goes, "If it's not in Prophet, it didn't happen!"

Wish we were able to make address changes, etc, from the global screen instead of having to burrow into the root.

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

Good CRM Software that sits on top of outlook,, so it is easy to use , their customer service is excellent. Always on top of things.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

They could use some color coding to make things more visual, have suggested it they said good idea but never implemented my ideas.

Recommendations to others considering Prophet CRM?

Prices just got increased per year, I would say it is a bit above moderate price wise

Being based on MSOffice Outlook which is the system i have used for 25+ years, makes Prophet extremely easy to learn and use.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

Training support is excellant and further support is always just a call away.

Recommendations to others considering Prophet CRM?

Have not had issues with Prophet once I understood that having a second outlook window up made additions and searches much easier. Just need to remember to refresh both windows regularly

We have a small potential custome base of companies, however each company has a 1000+ employees.
