First Choice for Cloud PM Software

The wait for a well developed and progressive "Cloud Based" Property Management Software has ended.

Other software developers are trying to get an online product available which to date does not contain all features that are required by the end user.

PropertyMe gives the user sufficient functions to be able to operate a Real Estate Property Management business. Not only that but the software is being regularly updated with new features that are automatically installed.

The ability to have Owners & Tenants access data via individual Portals is well in front of what other developers are trying to achieve

PropertyMe should be everyone's first choice for Property Management Software.

I have used three other systems and PropertyMe is far better

I have used three other property management programs and PropertyMe is by far the best I have ever used. I have shown a number of other property managers that currently use other systems (ones I haven't used) and they are blown away with how easy it is to use.

Mostly a great product

Mostly a great product. Has some glitches but I would definitely recommend the product. Unfortunately I have been spoken to very rudely by 2 customer service representatives and they have definitely tarnished my opinion of the company. Very argumentative and rude even though I never said anything to deserve to be spoken to in that manner. It's like I caught them on a bad day and they decided it was okay to treat me like a lesser human. Most of them are really nice and a pleasure to deal with so it was very disappointing to have these unprovoked experiences.

I can't find anything positive to say…

I can't find anything positive to say about the experience with this service, it's all just a pile of frustrating shit.

As a property owner

As a property owner, PropertyMe does not provide a good service. The rent is paid by the tenant then PropertyMe hold that money for around 4-5 days. The only reason I can see for this, is that they benefit from investing in the short term market. With huge sums of money coming through the app, this would be very lucrative for them. It is also difficult to see the details of where dispursements have gone or see the actual bills. It also means that my cash flow is disrupted for their gain. I am disappointed that the agent I signed up with uses PropertyMe and I would have this as one of the deciding factors in choosing and agent next time.

A one way system that only allows…

A one way system that only allows property managers to TELL property owners but does NOT owners to reply within. This disallows fluid communication, is biassed to the agent and wastes time as owners need to communicate and manage their own records outside of the system.

PropertyMe, Not Good Enough!

PropertyMe, still as bad as ever. Pay your rent before the due date and then get an email from your real estate agent saying you are 3 days in arrears. By the way, PropertyMe, don't email me.
