Pronestor as a whole is awesome. The products speak for themselves! The employees in all departments (service, delivery, sales, support) are service minded and always a phone call away with a helping hand if needed.
Present and with an office outside of Denmark it's pity that the majority of contact with Pronestor is over phone/email/video. In person meetings require a bit och planning for travells which Pronestor often prioritizes. But it would be nice to have them located in the same city for an even closer contact in person when needed (big ask :D)

It is easy and intuitive to use. Good overview of available meeting room capacity. Easy to access vis Outlook.
Not much. Perhaps a more modern interfarce (we run an old on premisse solution).

Even though it is a solid product overall that works well with Microsoft stack, sometimes we have seen issues with Outlook add-in. The issue was resolved over time.
It has made the life of our practitioners easier. It has become easier to book meeting rooms, catering and visitors. On the other end, it has also helped our catering services deliver better service to our visitors.
Pronestor, the Visitor and Planner modules are very well prepared for business use. All our service needs have been met. There are several facets in the Pronestor solution within the two modules compared to competitors.
The supporting documentation could be better and more logically structured. The Pronestor modules are located in the more expensive part of the market compared to other suppliers of the same modules.
We service multi-user houses where EG A/S works and where we rent out to other companies. EG and tenants can smartly manage and share the same meeting rooms, and the cost of food and beverages is distributed per tenant.
Pronestor's solutions are simple to use, cost effective and very reliable. They deliver real benefits for both companies and end-users.
I haven't had any issues using their solutions
Pronestor provide efficiency across the workplace making meeting room and desk booking processes more efficient and improving the overall utilisation spaces in the office.
The people! They are always ready to help us (integrator) but also the end customer - this makes Pronestor for us but more importantly for the customer a very trustworthy partner.
The Pronstor solution might not always embed 100% of the functionalities available in the market but they are willing to listen and implement if this helps the customer
It helps customers digitalize the use of meeting rooms, desks and visitor processing. This leads to better use of the infrastructure and happier employees which in the end saves the customer money.

Sign In Workspace delivers great value for money but if i should single out what i like the best its the people behide, they are extremely helpful both on the backend question end user questions and listening to customer’s needs.
What i disklike is the fact the at cloud version is better than the on prem version :-(
